The staff at the Brunswick Kennebec Pharmacy & Home Care are great; professional, efficient and pleasant. Marie, in particular, always provides excellent, personal service. I want her, and the company, to know that her positive customer interactions are recognized.

Danielle and her well trained team at Midcoast Hospital always provide outstanding service to every customer. They know their products and provide superb customer support every time. They make me feel welcome and treat me like family. During my four years of continuing great customer service at Kennebec Pharmacy, it's way past time to publicly thank my personal rep for making sure I have an advocate who acts in my individual interest ALWAYS. HME Manager Danielle Doucette has not only helped fulfill my regular resupply needs quickly and accurately; she has knowledgeably advised me on equipment updates and insurance requirements whenever called for. While we have never met face-to-face, I've come to depend on her as a close and trusted friend on the other side of the line for all my necessary CPAP needs. As to her professional but still warm and cheerful demeanor, I can say as a retired customer service professional that KP has a diamond in its employ. Thank you, Danielle!

I visit this location often to buy supplies for my CPAP machine. Yesterday I was lucky enough to deal with a delightful young lady named Danielle. She is bright, personable, responsive, honest and so positive - a ray of sunshine amid the pandemic!

I write to give praise to two of your employees:

1. Whitney, your therapist, has been extraordinarily helpful to me during a very rough time. I have a Bi-pap through you. My sleep apnea was acting up while I was recovering from radiation therapy....thus causing a lot of problems at a very wrong time. Whitney diagnosed a possible remedy which absolutely did the trick and which was deeply appreciated. What is also deeply appreciated, besides her expertise, was the thorough follow-up she did. She went way beyond just the sale. I want you to know that.

2. The other day I badly needed a new face mask blatter. Whitney set the replacements up immediately, and Danielle, the person at the Mid Coast Hospital site, was very accommodating, fast, friendly, and thorough in processing the transaction.

"A friend in need is a friend indeed," certainly applies to Kennebec Pharmacy.

I have used CPAP for a few years. My original set up and ongoing supply refills have been through Kennebec Pharmacy and were always done effectively and efficiently. However I recently discovered why using our local resource, Kennebec Pharmacy really made a difference in my care. I developed a problems in using my CPAP device. I worked with Whitney, an RRT at Kennebec Pharmacy to work that through. I am so glad I did. Throughout the process Whitney was very professional, informative and thorough in finding a solution. We are quite fortunate to have such a talented outpatient Registered Respiratory Therapist in our community. I highly recommend Kennebec Pharmacy and Whitney as a great local CPAP resource.

Whitney is competent, pleasant, caring, responsive and overall outstanding to deal with regarding my cpap. I am lucky to have her to help with my cpap needs.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the Kennebec pharmacy staff at both the Brunswick and Augusta ME locations. Carla and Danelle at the Brunswick location have been very responsive to my requests for CPAC orders.. Lisa at the Augusta location has also been very helpful on numerous occasions.
