Robert is amazing. I feel so comfortable with him! He is truly an expert. He is so sweet and friendly, and very easy to communicate with. He easily fixed my hair after another stylist did...not such a good job. Love him so much!

Tammy is the best. The stylist work independently- the parking is easy and the salon clean and quaint!

Been going to this salon for about 2 years now. After trying different salons from Ann Arbor to Birmingham, I finally found a perfect fit. Robert is fantastic! He listens to my hair goals and then he works his magic.

The only pro tip I have is all the chairs here are independently rented by the stylists. So, I contact him directly via text to schedule.

This was my first time at Michael Susanne Salon. The salon itself was very clean and had a stylish vibe with lots of windows. It had a modern vibe, and all of the stylists were really nice and friendly. They offered me coffee and had lots of magazines, and although I did have an appointment but there was no wait time, which was a plus. I decided to make my appointment because I've been getting my hair cut by Jill Danbert for years and she always does a fabulous job, so I followed her from her previous salon. It had been much too long since my last hair appointment and my hair had gotten extremely long (down to my butt), and most of it was extremely damaged from a DIY ombre job gone wrong. I had decided i wanted short hair, and Jill is the only person i trust with my hair, especially with such a drastic change.

Jill took a look at my hair and a picture of the cut I wanted, and she made some adjustments to it based on my hair's texture. Since I wanted ombre again, she gave me a few options to choose from, and we ended up going with a dye that was much less damaging to my hair and gave it a stylish "Pretty Little Liars" effect. Jill was very nice and it was apparent she knew what she was doing. She washed my hair before cutting it and again to rinse the dye out of it, and she blow dried and styled my hair as well. She even had to work under a time crunch because I had to be somewhere right after the appointment. My hair ended up looking amazing, and almost exactly like the picture I showed her, with minor adjustments we agreed on because my hair is so straight and thin. I actually like what she did better than the photo I showed her in the first place. All in all, I had a great experience, I absolutely love my hair, and I will definitely be back!

Robert is the best. He knows what he is doing when it comes to colors. It is amazing seen how he can mix different types of tubes of color and comes out with the perfect color for his client's hair. His clients love him. Love it.....💇‍♀💇‍♀💇‍♀💇‍♂💇‍♂
