Have been going here for years. I let my dental health lag a bit in my college years and came here when I decided I should start taking it more seriously. It was a great decision. I’m always very impressed with Dr. Jaffer and his team. I did Invisalign here as an adult which was needed and has been really successful. Also had a couple of implants done due to congenitally missing a couple of adult teeth. Those have been amazing. When I’ve had any teeth concerns, they are always very patient and great at explaining causes and treatment options. Dental health is incredibly important and it’s so helpful to have a dental practice that you like and trust so you never hesitate to keep going back. I would recommend anyone looking for a new practice or anyone thinking about taking their dental health more seriously to make an appointment.

I’ve been going to Arbor Dental for a couple years now and I have been very happy with their services. I recently had to have some dental work with one of their specialist. They did a wonderful job explaining my options and completing the work. Both Noor and Leah have been my hygienist and they are both great! I highly recommend Arbor Dental and Dr Jaffer's team if you are looking for a local dentist.

I have been getting cleanings/ check ups here for almost three years, and I love it! The dental cleaning staff are very caring and friendly. I also removed my four wisdom teeth with Dr. Jaffer. The surgery went very well, and I highly recommend him for this surgical procedure (I was IV sedated).

Top tier dental and ortho care. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. I go here both for general dental care and I also got Invisalign here and I'm really happy with my results. Dr. Jaffer is great, and the hygienist Leah is awesome. Thanks for the great care!

Had an appointment today at 12:30 and was walking back out to my car with clean teeth and fresh fluoride by 12:43! Rahaf, my hygienist, is very personable and does an excellent job of keeping the dental anxiety at bay while also ensuring a thorough cleaning. It is clear that Rahaf and Dr. Jaffer care about me as more than simply a patient. They remember my name and genuinely mean it when they ask me how I am doing. They both kept me clued in to any additional charges incurred during my visit and gave me choices to direct my own care. Thank you again Dr. Jaffer and Rahaf! These are people you should trust with your teeth and gums!

Dr. Jaffer has been our dentist for years! We appreciate how well he and his staff go out of their way to help (he even took a call on Christmas Day)! I highly recommend them!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I love them! The staff has all been so pleasant and efficient, I never wait long at my appointments. Noor is my hygienist, and I genuinely look forward to seeing her every 6 months! And Dr Jaffer is great at addressing my concerns and talking through options. Arbor dental and Dr. Jaffer are the best in the business. I’ve been going here for about 10 years now and every time has been great. Bi annual cleanings and the occasional filling were exceptional and the staff were always very gentle and attentive to my teeth. My wife had an unusual situation with 8 teeth pulled due to wisdom teeth and Dr. Jaffer handled it very well. Her mouth healed well with no major issues. We will continue to come here as long as we can!

I have been going to Arbor Dental for years. The staff are always kind and courteous. The dental care is excellent. I have my regular cleanings there, and I have had major work done, such as an Implant. All done with expertise and care.

Incredible staff! Arbor Dental is absolutely the best. I am very particular about dental professionals (family member is a retired dentist), have only had 3 in my lifetime (65 yrs young). Dr Jaffer's work with my implants literally changed my life, gave me back my full smile and the follow up support and professionalism has been second to none. Family oriented ( my daughter has been a patient since elementary school, attending college now). Thank you Arbor Dental! Highly recommended....

It was Dec. 15th, 2023, I had an appointment to go to at noon and arrived to it 45 min. early. I looked across the street and seen Arbor Dental. Something prompted me to go check out this dental office because I recently moved to Ann Arbor and was hoping to find a dentist close to my home.
My experience with Arbor Dental is nothing short of amazing and higher-powered. I normally never do reviews but the dental care and overall care for my health and well-being exceeded anything I would've hoped for. To say that they're awesome is accurately appraising they're quality of care they provided for me.
I already had a surgery scheduled at UofM hospital on Jan. 2nd. My main hope when going into Arbor Dental was to schedule a post op examination with them sometime in mid February, and see if they took my medicaid insurance and they did.
Olivia greeted me promptly when I entered and answered all my questions then informed the Doctor of a new patient visiting. From there I received an immediate examination and to my surprise I was in need of an emergency root canal because it wouldn't be good to have my upcoming surgery with a decaying tooth. Actually it had the potential to be deadly.
That was a Friday, and I left the office to go to my other appointment with a script for antibiotics and a root canal scheduled on the upcoming Monday. When I came in for the root canal I was nervous and had high blood pressure, Tonya helped me to calm down and was very relaxed while I was very stressed out. Dr. Jaffer and another gentlemen taking into account that I suffer from severe anxiety we're very patient and offered me sedation for me during my procedure and even though my visit was probably twice as long as a normal visit they seen it all the way through.
Upon awaking and the sedative wearing off I became pleasantly surprised noticing I had little to no pain in the area of my root canal. And it was that same way the next day and ever since. To me that's shocking because that was my 5th root canal in my lifetime and never had I had such good results.
The 3 wonderful young ladies at the entrance reception area all suprised me by diligently working with my insurance to get my dental bills covered for my emergency procedure which they did, along with corresponding with my surgeons coordinator to ensure they received my dental clearance to proceed with the surgery Olivia, Kristy, and Kristen all had it done before I even inquired about it. Seriously you ladies rock.
Lastly, as if it couldn't get any better. Today I met Samaia the dental hygienist there for my first cleaning. She examined then took some notes and then began to give me the whitest teeth I've had since I was a teenager. I'm 45 and have smoked and drank coffee for 30 years. I received by far the best cleaning I ever had. I didn't even think that was possible. Even the strawberry polish was delicious.
I strongly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist or maybe wanting to switch to not waste time. They are quick, efficient, and you won't be disappointed. They are a winning team and their work will speak for itself. But the kindness and compassion is hard to find these days and they have that too.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out with Dr. Jaffer and I could not have had a better experience. From the moment I stepped through the door I received first class quality care. Dr. Jaffer treats you like he would treat a member of his own family, and everyone else on the team follows his lead in this regard. His dental assistant Paula was also exceptional. Dr. Jaffer and the Arbor Dental staff get my highest recommendation. I would trust them to take care of anyone in my family without hesitation.

I needed a dentist in a hurry, and found great reviews about Arbor Dental. My experience was excellent from start to finish. Every team member was friendly and helpful, the office is clean and contemporary, and I left feeling like they actually care about their patients. I was especially grateful for how clearly my options were explained to me. I've found my new dentist office!

Always have a good experience here. I had a filling and had my wisdom teeth removed. Both experiences were painless (I had IV sedation for the wisdom teeth). Overall, I highly recommend Arbor Dental. The facility is clean, the staff and dentists are warm and welcoming and the experience is as comfortable as a dentist visit can possibly be.

Friendly staff, clean environment top of the line dental care in Ann Arbor! Dr. Amin Jaffer is very professional and kind, Leah Dailey the hygienist is super nice and cheerful, she does a good job of keeping the teeth clean and out of serious problems. Up to date technology, seasoned staff and the procedures are explained well. I have been going there for decade now, highly recommend the dental facility.

The office is clean, everyone who works there knows what hospitality is and how to treat people with kindness. I never had a problem with my visits or procedures (basic cleanings, x-rays, and the one time I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at the same time). I seriously cannot recommend this office enough!

Arbor Dental, above all, really prioritizes patients and their comfort at every visit. They addressed every question and concern I had, made sure to explain what they were doing at each visit, and were prompt in getting me the care I needed and scheduling future appointments.

My Invisalign process especially was smooth sailing thanks to the staff at Arbor Dental, who made sure I was fitted with the right trays and retainers and were proactive in making sure I would see great progress to my smile every week, not just at the end of the process. They planned for every contingency, such as me misplacing a tray or it breaking. Highly recommended!!

Such an amazing first time experience for my husband and I. My dental hygienist Rahaf was so sweet and kind. She made me feel so welcomed and always made sure I was doing okay.
After my cleaning, I checked out with Jordyn, she was very friendly and had an upbeat personality and I enjoyed talking to her about my crazy life. I’m happy to say that my hubby was comfortable and will be okay with coming back for future cleanings. Overall I would highly recommend this dental office.

Just had my first visit to Arbor Dental. Sumaia was wonderful—very personable, professional and thorough. She and Dr. Jaffer made me feel comfortable and clearly explained what they were doing, why, and the plan for my dental health moving forward.
