I purchased a used vehicle yesterday. Emily was a wonderful associate. Not pushy or aggressive. She was professional and very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for.

Took my car in for an insurance inspection. They were quick. Expected to leave my car and pick up rental. Before i could say anything, the gentleman came back and stated he ordered the parts but it would take a while so renting a car was not advised at this time. I was on my way in ten minutes. Very much appreciated

I had a Pre-Purchase Inspection done here. They found frame damage on the car and saved me 24k. Can't say enough good things. Thank you letting us know and keeping us safe.

I've bought parts from Tamaroff Nissan. I typically get OEM Nissan for less that aftermarket stuff. Staff is very helpful. I believe a good parts operation is an indicator of a well run enterprise. I may not buy another Nissan, but I might buy another brand from a Tamaroff dealership.

Just purchased a used Prius from this dealership. Bianca was who sold it to me. I liked the fact that after I gave up on looking at 2013's I continued looking from 2010 to 2012 since my 2010 Prius had been totaled.. I was looking for low miles and in good condition hopefully heated seats. And found the 2013's to be more than my insurance was going to give me for my total car.

Bianca evidently saw that I had been looking at that 2013 plug- in at tamaroff and she called me and asked if I was still interested in a Prius. The price had dropped so I went for a test drive & purchased it!

I give Bianca credit, because had she not called me.. I would not have purchased this vehicle because I was no longer looking at 2013's.

I came there in an Enterprise rental vehicle from Sterling Heights and was able to return it in Southfield 5 minutes from tamaroff dealership which worked out great.

It was on a Saturday so my insurance company was closed and while I had my proof of insurance from my original vehicle which I had to keep insured at least in the basic amount or in Michigan if there's any Gap in Insurance even a week you go into a pool for 6 months and end up paying twice as much so I had insurance however I didn't have what they call the declaration page. I told them Enterprise could confirm it because my insurance company set up the rental after my accident, but that wouldn't have been good enough. They said they needed the declaration page. I managed to go online to my insurance website, put in the VIN number from the new car changing it from the old car & and they updated my policy and said said it was $8 less than your current insurance, PROVING that I had always had insurance & that the car I was buying, was insured.

You cannot drive a car off the lot legally without insurance. So if you happen to go on a weekend when insurance companies are closed, whatever you do don't forget to print out your Declaration of insurance. It's the first page on your policy. That'll save you the trouble I went through trying to get my information.

Reasonable prices. The management appears to want customers to be satisfied. Issues that have arisen have been addressed and the staff does make an effort to fix problems and keep you happy. The Service department so far has excellent communication, ask for Steve when you stop by. Overall I would buy another vehicle from Tamaroff in the future.

They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Steve was awesome and went above and beyond to make the experience as painless and inexpensive as they possibly could. Very honest. Would definitely recommend. I shall return with any issues I have in the future.

The show room and customer lounge is so clean you could do open heart surgery on the floor, the sales staff will drop down to one knee and kiss your shoe and give you the best service you've ever had in your life. When you walk in this dealership you walk into car heaven. They gives excellent customer service from start to finish above and beyond.
