DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I picked up a pair of gym shoes to wear when I go to PF to workout. Anna pointed me in the right direction and so I am very happy with the shoes I purchased even though I paid twice the amount I had planned.

When required, returns of online purchases are quick and efficient. BJ handled the transaction very professionally.

I've always loved DSW for the clearance rack prices. Sometimes you stumble upon the perfect diamond in the rough.

Always friendly and accommodating. Just wish there was someone on the floor to help find shoes !

Great selection and good prices. I hadn't visited DSW in awhile so I forgot how much of a selection they had to offer. Shies can be expensive but the don't have to be. My cashier was very helpful and I will be coming back.

I googled first. I was looking for a specific boot style in my size. I just got out of the hospital. I found the style I was looking for at an affordable cost.

It has all the styles you could ever choose from😉😉😉. And the perks and rewards are great. I wish I had more time to try on what I would have like to. But😄😄😄 I will be back on my day off from work. Happy customer!!!😁😁😁.

Terrific place for good shoes @ good prices. It's pretty easy to navigate and the selection is quite good. Heads up though: wait times to check out can vary widely! The staff is doing the best they can but Saturday afternoon is always gonna take a while!

DSW is my all time favorite shoes scene! Their customer service is fantastic. I actually don't shop any other shoe store. This location was clean and in order. DSW online customer service is awesome as well. Thumbs up guys!! 😚

I recently have been cleared to begin wearing shoes again after being in an air cast for 6 months. The salesperson who helped me was very patient and listened to my needs. He offered several suggestions on foot wear that would support my healing tendon and would accommodate the brace insert in the shoe. He cashed me out quickly and efficiently and even congratulated me on my progress. I don't know his name but I won't forget his face or his kind service.

Very nice store. It’s very clean and big. Has a wide selection of cute shoes. Need more of a selection for Women with big feet and wide calves. Other than that I loved it.

Today I made an exchange at the DSW in Southfield, MI and an employee named Alvin assisted me. He was kind and helpful. Although I only spoke with him briefly, it is important to me to share my opinion because good customer service is becoming hard to come by. I appreciated my experience there and this shoelover won’t hesitate to stop in again :)

Nice clean store with friendly employees. The last few times I was in the store the same gentleman waited on me. I wish more stores had employees like him. Always smiling and personable.

Very nice store. Great customer service. Very limited selection in men's dress shoes, but great for casual shopping.

Love coming to this shoe store. I've been coming to this store for 5years and I can't complain about anything. If you are looking for gym shoes, sandals, high heels, flat shoes, boots, purses, socks & ect.. DSW is the spot.

Pretty good shoe store with a variety of all sorts of shoes. They also have a prett good clearance area with even more savings if that's what you're here for. When I need any type of shoes again I will consider DSW.
