Tanner, the service technician, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedures he was doing. I had a Ring doorbell installed. Tanner did a beautiful job! He spent time looking at other electrical issues in my house and answered all of my questions. Tanner made suggestions of future work I may want to consider, but there was no pressure to have it done. He just said, “while I’m here I might as well look over your whole house.” Tanner was personable, and just great! I will definitely be working with Service Today again based on today’s experience! Great company!

I recently had a new water heater and softener installed as well as some electrical consulting. The techs for all of the services I used were helpful and answered any questions I had. There can be a lot of overwhelming information, especially when it's combined with $$$, but they took their time to explain things. I had some items not labeled on my breaker box that they helped me identify. I do wish the invoicing was more clear and had itemized pricing for each piece of the service. I had to call to get a receipt that gave more than a total amount due. It would feel more comfortable if you knew exactly what you were paying for. All in all, people-friendly.

I highly recommend Service Today! They did an outstanding job for me! The service Tyler and Joe gave me went above and beyond! I had to update the circuit panel plus so many other things had to be done. They explained everything to me and gave me options to get things fixed. They were very informative and the customer service was unbelievable fantastic! If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Please give Service Today a try, you won't be disappointed!

Service Today sent a furnace technician to troubleshoot/repair an old furnace. After working with different gauges and meters, Pedro was able to diagnose the problem. After talking and showing me how he came to his diagnosis, we decided to price new ones. Tyler, who we knew and liked from a previous purchase, showed up and gave us a few options. It took me a while to decide what to do. Tyler was patient with us, and finally we made a deal. Good experience all the way around.

Another amazing experience with Service Today! Had some major projects while remodeling an old Saint Paul home that involved replacing a lot of damaged wiring, running a new 220 volt line, replacing switches, installing a new fan, and a motion light fixture! They sent out 4 very professional and extremely knowledgeable team members that worked hard to find the right solution and make sure things were set up exactly how I wanted. Their team made sure to explain everything in depth and provided above and beyond quality! Very special shoutout to Jake S, Dylan D, Kiefer P, and Dylan H! I highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services with all my future indoor or outdoor electrical, heating, plumbing, and HVAC needs.

This is the first time a service provider didn’t come across as it was all about the money. Safety first and though I didn’t plan to spend what I paid, they were empathetic. Above all my technician has the kindest of hearts. Arrived promptly, flexible as I worked from home, patiently navigated through my joyous and chaotic doodles. Didn’t leave until my dishwasher worked though I said he could so he wouldn’t miss other jobs. Will hire gladly again. Thank you for having a heart and head(knowledge) also finding a good balance between those.

Things were found with my furnace today during the routine, annual checkup BUT repair were suggested & parts were found and repairs were made. Also was happy to have many discounts that apply. Will have another repair done next week and Tyler scheduled the repair and explained everything that was needed and why. Both workers (Tyler & Dan) were good about explaining issues and what might help. So appreciated the guidance in selecting repairs.

Old AC broke, they were on it and had a new one in with 48 hours. Very courteous. Even made some changes when requested to pipes. So far so good;)

Joseph was here just now for a yearly electrical inspection and did a fabulous job. He let me know what he was doing and answered my questions as they arose.
He also asked about putting lighting in my living room which I am considering, so he gave me a rough estimate of that as well.

Repair origin story is long. The first guy thought it was good, but it didn't work out. They sent another crew and made the repair under warranty. That part was great.
I was duped by a sales guy to get voltage drops checked. That took the electrician less than an hour and cost 439 bucks. He wasn't super transparent about the results of the test either. But that's on me, not them. I should have known better. So, they get 5 stars for quality of work and making it right.

Mike was very, knowledgeable about our furnace issue. He explained things well and was friendly and respectful!

Very responsive, - they had a technician at my house less than a hour after I called . They are knowledgeable and carefully explained the technical aspect of the work required to get the job done, which was to install an electric vehicle charger. They also identified another electrical problem which explained some other issues we were having before we even described the symptoms to them.

Called to diagnose and repair a problem with thermostat. Alex, the Technician actually arrived early. Truly professional, courteous and respectful of my home and property. Dispatch charge was reasonable total repair was within norms. Everything was top-notch. Thermostat was replace and recommendation was made for a follow-up on furnace without a dispatch charge. The total experience went very well.

Everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with at Service Today were professional, knowledgeable & friendly. This company places a high value on making sure their customers are satisfied with the service provided (or at least that was my experience). Highly recommended. I called in the morning and asked for service on my furnace - they were able to come the same day. Technician was friendly and quickly assessed the problem. He showed me pictures and explained what the repair entailed. The final work was scheduled for the next business day.
