By far the best customer service experience that I’ve ever had at any DTC locations. I have been to at 15 or so stores from North Carolina to Texas. The employees here take the cake and then some and that’s no joke I’m glad I was in the area and stopped by. They had some killer deals on winter shirts for their end of the season sale. Don’t pass this location by.

Who doesn't love this store if you love all things outdoors or work outside. Plenty of parking and snow and ice management were good. Plenty of product and size ranges considering the holiday season. Surprised with the clearance products - stuff I would and did buy for gifts at a good discount. Great selection of impulse/stocking stuffers at all price ranges. Service was knowledgeable, helpful and in good spirits! The only slight flaw is the space is a bit tight so you have to step aside to pass another person.

I have been extremely satisfied with every product I have purchased from DTC. My only complaint would maybe be the price but then again I would rather have the quality than them being cheap. The pants I purchased are their 40 grit pants which were cheaper than their firehouse pants but are super durable and comfortable. Buck naked boxer briefs are the best underwear I have ever worn (this includes over expensive underwear from express, and american eagle). Personally, I just wait for a sale since things are expensive but the quality and customer service is amazing.

I am someone who would rather do everything else other than shop. I despise it, yet I was surprised to have not hated this! I spent a small fortune because I haven't shopped for myself since before the pandemic, and, well, I found some true gems here and there I couldn't do without. What's great is that they have a return policy that can't be beat.

Go on in! Try some things on. You don't have to hate the cold if you don't feel cold. (And you'll look *good*)

I really enjoy this store. The socks I bought 8 years ago are beginning to get threadbare. Still fit nice and tight but showing wear. Time to replace. Yes. They are expensive. But show me another set of socks that can tolerate being shoved into boots every day for 8 years and still have anything for integrity.

Great store! You get your money's worth. Not like some other "outdoor" retailers, this is true worker's clothing that doesn't rip if you look at it wrong! This is my go to place for cold weather kit!

Kind of pricy, but well made clothes. Durable, lots of pockets. Decent return policy. Friendly employees. And they allow dogs.

The Duluth Trading Company store in Bloomington, MN big. There is just about every Duluth Trading thing you can imagine inside. I appreciate the online order convenience but depend on my visits to this store to double check my size and fit. I highly recommend the Firehose Flex pants and Buck Naked undies. Easy parking and a friendly staff make it easy to walk out with something new. Recently I had a return to make as there was a problem with the fit. Even though the order was made online the store customer service team received the return and provided the credit with ease.

Great store they have quality merchandise and a good return policy.

I'm here now relaxing while the wife tries on their wares. I was a little shocked at how good the selection and stockes quantities are for the product they carry which was a great surprise. I'll be back. They have stocking stuffers for my dad.

This is a geat store with a lot of inventory. The sales associates were super friendly and very helpful finding the size we needed. The quality and fabrics of the clothes are worth the price. These are clothes that are very durable and wear really well. I have been to a few of their stores now and I am never disappointed with my experience there.

Great merchandise, well stocked store, on the day before Thanksgiving they had pretty good sales.

Love this place! They have great quality items for the blue collar workers and outdoor enthusiasts, but at the same time, you want to wear everything out to dinner too because it looks so good! I came in looking for a particular pair of pants that I've purchased before and loved, so naturally I wanted to grab another pair while I still could. They didn't have any on the shelf, but the store associate Tyler helped me locate a pair that had been misplaced on the shelf. Tremendous customer service!

They are so helpful with clothing exchanges! Besides, they have the best outerwear in MN.

First visit to Duluth Trading Company. Clean store, well organized, super friendly and helpful staff! Lots to choose from and I bought a few things on sale. I will be a repeat customer but online since I don't live in the area. :)

I ordered pants that were a few sizes too small and thankfully I got Alan to assist me out. He was so nice in Helen game with the return and ordering the correct size after trying them on in the store. Alan’s customer service skills were/are supreme. His attention to detail and desire to assist were immaculate! Thank you Alan!

Always have great customer service and products. It is the best Duluth Trading location I have been too. I have been to over a dozen locations across many states. If I ever have a problem with an item, they are always quick to exchange or refund.
