I feel this review is worth sharing!
I was a complete anxious wreck before I started my search on Google to find a home medical supply store. My family and I were traveling 5 hours north to Minnesota, from Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Iron Range was our hometown for 29 yrs, but we always make it up here at least 2x a year to take the kids to the mall of America and great wolf lodge!
I brought all new cpap supplies with me to change out when we got to our destination in Richfield Mn.
I left all the old equipment at home, 5 hours away. I slept one night at the hotel without my cpap machine because I thought when I got the new headgear, the head strap came with the cpap mask like it used to. Well it didn’t. I was trying to use hair ties to try and make it work, then used a piece of heavier string lol. And nothing worked and I couldn’t sleep but maybe 2 hrs. So I was willing to spend what I had to, to get a new strap or at least find a store that sold cpap accessories!
Corner home medical was super close to our hotel so my hubby brought me there around 3ish. I was greeted by one lady when I walked in who was very friendly and very busy. So my daughter and I had a seat and waited our turn. The 2 ladies up front working were busy helping other people.
I think we waited under 15 min. Then another lady asked who was next and I replied “we were.”My daughter and I were greeted by Lisa! She was very friendly and extremely kind!!! I told her my situation and she was more than willing to help me if she could. The thing is Lisa could’ve just told me “no, sorry we don’t sell the straps separately in our store.” But Lisa invited us to take a seat in her office and she told us she would try her best to help me out if she could. She didn’t give up! After a few minutes she found a strap that fit my mask and I was ecstatic and emotional!! We were on day 2 of our 6 day vacation and I was super stressed that I wouldn’t have my cpap to use!
One reason why I miss Minnesota sooooo much! There are sooooo many kind and helpful people!!! She brought me to tears when she found a strap that would work for my cpap headgear!! Now for the next 5 nights, I can sleep comfortably!! Lisa went above and beyond!!!! She didn’t have to help me and could’ve told me politely they don’t carry them in store, but she was more than willing to help a complete stranger in need!!!
I can’t thank her enough!! These are the People we need to work in customer sales. She made a horrible day so much better!!!! I will most definitely be paying it forward the next time I can!! Lisa was incredibly helpful. She explained the machine, its parts, how to properly clean it, plus billing and insurance, all while we had a very pleasant conversation. My prescription had already been sent, so I was in and out in less than an hour with a fitted machine in hand. Great customer service that made the appointment fly by, thanks Lisa!

Walked in on Monday and had a CPAP machine Thursday! If you're planning on bringing in the Rx yourself, make sure you have your sleep study results and the follow-up visit notes/summary as well! Makes it easier to move the process along not having to submit the documents later. I did not have everything so I'm speaking from first hand experience :D

I was fitted Thursday by Lisa and let me tell you, Lisa is PHENOMENAL! Here's the scene, walked into her office with quiet classical rock playing in the background with Lisa sitting at her desk programming the machine. We start to chat about everyday things, and it was as if we have known each other for years by the flow of the conversation. She explained how the machine works and what every piece does. After going after going over every possible detail and answering every question I had, I walked out with high confidence and very satisfied with the service I was provided. Thank you Lisa!!

Side note, I slept like a log the first night. So I'm very happy with my machine!

If I could give Lisa 6/5 stars I would. She made the Cpap process easy, comfortable and, most importantly, user friendly. She is personable and extremely informative. Great experience!

Lisa provided excellent assistance for my husband. She is very knowledgable and proactively keeps in touch with clients to make sure they are successful with the products. Highly recommend.

Lisa was great and very helpful getting my new CPAP and explaining usage of the settings.

We were more than pleased when we went in for an initial visit for an adjustable bed and a lift chair. Samantha gave us the best service, answered all our questions and then walked us through the process. She was wonderful. And when I called the day after with follow up questions, I talked with Rashod who was amazing also. He gave me precise wording that was needed for insurance documentation and helped tremendously dealing with our mothers Medicare insurance. Dealing with Medicare was a new and foreign experience for us and both Samantha and Rashod were so helpful, we can’t thank them enough!

Lisa was very helpful in demonstrating my CPAP machine. Was a little confused because I’ve never had a CPAP before but she was more than willing to cover the steps again.

Lisa was very friendly & knowledgeable. She explained everything very thoroughly. I was provided all the information I need in a folder ( which is very nice to have everything all together)

She is very knowledgeable of the products. Lisa is also fun to visit with. I love that she tracks when it's time for new supplies.

I thought I needed to replace the entire headgear for my CPAP. The representative looked at my equipment and then walked to the back room. Less than 5 minutes later he came back with the repair completed (a magnet needed to be replaced). When I asked for the charge, Jeffrey replied I owed nothing! What a wonderful experience! They will get my business in the future!
