Phenomenal team, phenomenal service. Heather Lamborghini did a great job helping me find the right Lincoln Nautilus and when she couldn’t be there, Alex stepped in and was just as helpful. Nice to have an auto sales team that is not pushy, knows how to let you shop and is patient and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Honestly the best service I have ever received from a repair shop! Fast and accurate work, they communicated the whole time and even followed up once it was returned to me. They went out of there way to accommodate me as well.

Lincoln corporate connected me with my local dealer, Sesi, for some routine maintenance. They were awesome to deal with. Very profession, kind and not pushy at all (like most dealerships tend to be). I have owned a few different Lincoln’s, been to different dealerships around metro Detroit and so far they’ve been the best. I will certainly be back and recommend to others.

I purchased the Lincoln Corsair that I had been leasing. My association with salesman Daren has always been excellent. He has always returned my calls in a timely manner with the information that I had requested. Sesi Lincoln is very attentive to their customers!

The service team was very polite, accommodating, full of smiles there was no long wait for a loaner. Once maintenance was complete and my Lincoln returned I loved how they followed up to make sure everything was great. I’m very pleased with Sesi.

I love going to Sesi. The atmosphere is professional, clean and relax. When I go to service I never feel as if they are over pricing labor or parts. They are usually quick and very straightforward. I also feel it’s important to mention for those that care to know as a woman and a person of color it’s a safe and just place of business.

The service at sassy Lincoln out does most car dealerships that I've ever been to. Alex and the team does a wonderful job of listening and getting you what you need I just can't say enough about sexy and Lincoln dealership five stars all the way

Everything went just as promised, tech called as promised when in route. He was very polite, efficient on the recall and explained the reason for the recall. Much better and efficient than going to the dealership, great job Sesi Lincoln. I would highly recommend this option.

The service and parts professionals at Sesi Lincoln are top notch! My service advisor Brian was courteous, friendly, and professional. The maintenance work I had completed on my car was done right, and faster than expected. Their prices are reasonable, and they use the recommended parts for my vehicle. Their courtesy drivers Ron and Dan were both great too. I will be returning here for all of my service work in the future for my Lincoln.

When my want for a new vehicle, turned into a need for a new vehicle I was lucky to find Sesi Lincoln. I was in a car accident on a Thursday evening and I drove off the lot in my new 2024 Navigator 7 days later. Dan worked with the sales manager and listened to what I was looking for and made it happen! He was able to find exactly what I described. I have never had a more efficient and fun car buying experience :) Noah had the IT knowledge and skill to get me setup and understanding all the new features my vehicle has before I left. I highly recommend Sesi Lincoln in Ann Arbor! I know I will be back for sure!

I recently picked up a screw in my tire while driving to work. After calling the service department at Sesi and sending them a picture of the damage, they determined it wasn’t wise to send out the repair man to patch it. Instead, they went above and beyond. Sesi didn’t have the tire needed for my vehicle but they found one at another dealership, went and picked it up, then contacted me when they had it. My vehicle was at the dealership about an hour later, they had the new tire on in no time, and it was good as new.
I am beyond grateful and impressed with how well I was taken care of; thank you!!

Sesi Lincoln was amazing!..They provided valet service to pick up/ drop off my vehicle from Livonia to their Ann Arbor location for an oil change and tire rotation and they gave me a loaner!! Awesome jobs guys!!. AND washed my car!!! Omg there's more..they also informed me I had enough points to have my oil change and tire rotation for FREE!!!🥰❤

This is my 2nd time using Sesi and both experiences have been extremely positive. Very nice staff - good customer service - car was done when promised.
