Nathan is beyond amazing and truly a talented artist! He is my only go to for hair. Salon is clean and nice, the staff is friendly. Nathan goes and above and beyond I highly recommend him!! If I could give more stars I would. Color and extensions he’s the best!

This is the premier salon in Ann Arbor. Easy parking, beautiful facilities, and the treatment is first class. I love my stylist, Danielle, who has been highlighting my complicated hair for several years. Great hair washes with a fabulous scalp massage. Feel like I am at a Chicago salon without the big price. Totally recommend!

Terrific service from the call to set an appointment to my time with the stylist. Definitely my go to spot when in Ann Arbor.

I just got a haircut done by Ashley, she did exactly what I asked for she was very sweet and helpful, I’ll definitely come back again! I recommend this place for sure!!!

I’ve been coming here for 3+ years and I consistently have the best experience. I go to Will for my cut and colors and he’s truly amazing. I’ve always felt welcomed and even when I come in wanting some drastic changes for my hair, Will constantly nails it and always walks me through the after hair care and makes sure my hair is always healthy! Great salon for a men’s cut. The space is always clean and Will my stylist does a fantastic job. His attitude and attention to detail builds up your confidence and makes for a great cut. Always appreciative of how few little itchy hairs he leaves 💇🏻‍♂😁

Celena was the most wonderful woman. She was so gentle washing my hair and I genuinely felt heard when we discussed what I had wanted. I also have allergies and she was accommodating in that aspect letting me know the products were hypo allergenic. She made me feel more beautiful than I ever have. I cried. I will be returning and possibly bringing a whole bridal party when I get married. She also hugged me when I left.

Lidiana (sp?) did a beautiful job with my hair. I'm growing it out, and she know just how to cut it so that it will grow out perfectly. She was very sweet and friendly too. I appreciated the whole experience, and the end result.

I went and had my hair cut and colored with Danielle. She was AMAZING! I won’t ever see anyone else again. She made me feel comfortable in her chair and listened to what I wanted. She then suggested she do highlights with a blend of balayage so when my roots grow in it looks more natural if I can’t make it to the salon right away. Her shampoo bowl head massage was the best massage I’ve ever gotten! She wasn’t in a hurry and made sure to pamper me. I feel like I hit the jackpot when I booked a last minute appointment not knowing who I was going to get. At the end of the service we hugged it out because she had me feeling so Beautiful! The only regret I have from that day last month was not purchasing the thickening spray she used when she styled my hair. Next time I make a trip to the mall I’ll grab it. Thank you Danielle! I have had an amazing experience with all of the staff at Tricho. The level of professionalism is unmatched in the Ann Arbor area. I personally love visiting Taylor, the Skin Care Specialist. She has an amazing technique with eyebrow tinting and facial wax. Taylor made the environment welcoming for my first visit, and I left the salon feeling my best before my wedding. I will be returning for other services soon!

First time here for a cut and blowout. I had Brittany as my stylist she was amazing very lovely and did a great job on my hair I love it. Making the appointment was easy the girls there were great I’ll be coming back for my touch ups.

Katie B. was absolutely amazing! We had a mother and daughter spa day and got the best facial I have ever had from her! Highly recommend her for any of your self care needs! We had such a relaxing and amazing time there. Felt like we had been friends for years. She is a gem!

I have had my hair done at Tricho for about ten years and I have been consistently impressed with the quality of work. Every cut or color has been exceptional. I’ve even had times where I wasn’t sure what I wanted but have gone with the recommendation of my stylist (Jessica Hawkins) and have been thrilled with the results! I feel confident recommending Tricho to all of my friends.

I also think it’s worth noting that I’ve been impressed with the steps taken to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety during the pandemic. Somehow they’ve managed to still pull off a luxurious salon experience while keeping things distanced and safe for everyone.

Nicole is the absolute best. I’m prone to post-haircut crises, especially when I’m trying to grow my hair out, but not with Nicole. The haircut she gave me was nothing short of perfect. I felt like a new person leaving the salon! She took her time with every step of the haircut, and made sure everything was symmetrical down to single hairs. Usually when I get just a trim, the stylist will only take 20 minutes or so, but Nicole used up almost the full hour. She truly cares for the happiness of her clients and follows requests to a T. With her talent, I imagine she won’t be at Tricho long, but I selfishly hope that she stays so I can continue to see a stylist I trust!!!

Stephanie did an amazing job with my color yesterday.. my hair is super dark and have a lot of it so it’s always a challenge. she was super patient and took her time to get it right. Place was super clean and fab. Her blow dry skills are also very on point!! Love the look I left with. Will def go back to her.

This was the best place I've ever gotten my hair done in my life! I'm never going anywhere else, even if I move. I called the salon at around 9:40 am for a first time bayalage and a hair cut for as soon as they could get me in, and they were able to get me in at 10:45 that morning! My stylist's name is Charlie. I was very vague on what I wanted, but she sat down with me and patiently pulled up different colors and cuts to understand what I wanted. She went above and beyond what any stylist has ever done for me, and truly cared about my hair and making me happy. She even went and got me Starbucks while my hair was under the dryer! She is one the sweetest people I've ever met. My hair turned out PERFECT and it was EXACTLY what I had envisioned. She also offers her clients free bang trimmings! I highly recommend her!! Also remember to bring cash for a tip because you won't be able to tip with your card.

I love this salon. I've been going here for a few years now and Jessica is awesome. She's taken me from long hair to a pixie and back to long again. Awesome cuts and color services. I also used Tricho for hair and makeup for my wedding party, as well as getting my nails done. It was easy to book, competitive pricing, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. All of my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother in law were pleased too. Make sure to bring cash for a tip if you're using a credit card, they don't let you add it on unless it's a debit card.
