Love this so much. Must have in Ann Arbor! The owner is also super nice. Definitely get the black bean noodles, best one you’ll ever eat.

Best Jjamppong in the area! Love this local restaurant. Our favorite is their Jiamppong, Jajangmyeon, Bulgogi, and seafood pancake (must!). However, the owner is planning to retire this June 😞 will miss this place for sure.

I got beef Bulgogi it is so good! I forgot to take picture of my dish but the portion is generous and taste is authentic.
We also got pork bulgogi, seafood noodle, Jajangmyeon, pork tangsuyuk🤩

EXCELLENT!!! Never been here before today but we will for sure be back! We split an order of fried dumplings and My daughter had the number 33 (Samson jajangmyeon) and I had the number 12 (bulgogi). Amazing! Don’t be afraid to mix in the fermented vegetables they serve with. Truly amazing meal

I laught when I saw so many 1-star review complaining about the service. Yes this is a very unique restaurant with a distinctive owner. Don't expect any service, but you can definitely expect the best food. If the owner feels there are too many customers, he may even randomly close the shop earlier, like 6:30pm kind of earlier. One of the best restaurants in Ann Arbor area.

I've been here for last few months almost 2-3 times a week and can honestly say I've never had bad food. The owner is great and friendly, my favorite is bibimbap, bulgolgi and chicken bugolgi

Without question the best meal I have ever had. I don't live in the area, so now I have been in a constant search for a meal even half as delicious and filling. The service was quick and kind as well, a lovely couple!

We love the food!!! But the owner does need some help restaurant is normally busy and I don’t believe they have many employees.

The food was absolutely amazing and it was very fun to try new foods! The atmosphere was very peaceful and comfortable. The service was excellent and I've never experienced such good hospitality before. 10/10 review and I am definitely going back and bringing my friends and family!

My family has been eating at Panda Chinese and Korean Food on a regular basis for the past fifteen years. Eating here has always been a special experience, and when my oldest daughter visits us these days from the East Coast, she always wants to have a meal here. We like both the food, which is clearly carefully made and served, and the atmosphere. The owner remembers his customers and makes them feel welcome. We feel grateful to the owner for making such a wonderful place to reconnect with family!

My sister & I were out shopping as we are want to do when I visit downstate. We were hungry & were going to hit the restaurant next door but they were closed. A gentleman was coming out of Panda & gave us a positive review. He was right. Thank you good Samaritan. We're hooked. Most of the seating is for 2, so large groups would have a problem if the 1 or 2 big tables were taken. The place is a bit underwhelming aesthetically, but is clean. The food is what you will go here for. It's fantastic.

A small hole in the wall with AMAZING authentic food. The food and service was better than much larger places, pleasantly surprised! Don't be intimidated by the menu - we had the Japche and the stew both of which were delicious and freshly prepared. The fried dumplings are such a treat!

This place is absolutely phenomenal. The food was in front of us within 10 minutes of ordering, and was super delicious. Very friendly, authentic atmosphere. Large portion sizes for the price you pay (I couldn't finish it, and believe me, that's unusual for me!) Will definitely go again.

Authentic and great price. Owner is an awesome, interesting character. Gets crowded Fridays and Saturdays. Not good for big groups, only 1 big table. Food is cooked in timely manner once order is taken. Very consistent.

Wonderful place to eat. Don't be fooled by the wooden benches and the small size of the place. The food is exceptional. You might have a wait to get in. It is that good. Owned by a husband - wife team. She cooks, he serves, so at busy times they fly around the room serving guests but again it is so worth any wait you might have. Just really good food.

A wonderful hidden gem. The man who took my order was extremely nice and the food was amazing. If you haven't eaten there make sure you do! I am definitely going back again and again.

I love this place! I've been going here for the past 20 years. The bimnbop is spectacular. I highly recommend the bogolgi. The owners are a cute old korean couple. The guys takes the orders and his wife cooks in the back. The guy is also very honest if he does not have good fresh ingredients he will tell you not to order certain dishes like the seafood pancake. When he does have the ingredients the seafood pancake is awesome!

This is by far my favorite Korean/Chinese restaurant. But sadly, the owner sold the business, and it's now permanently closed.
