Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Hubby and I stopped in yesterday for a bite to eat. It was my first time having red Robin and MANNN let me tell you, that bacon fondue burger is BANGING!! Whoever Invented it is a genius! Service was excellent, our waitress was also tending bar and still made us a priority. My husband loved his burger with the blue cheese as well. I highly recommend visiting this establishment and I know we will be back for sure.

Excellent experience! Our server was so sweet and personable, drinks were magnificent, and the food was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend the Keep It Simple burger for those wanting a filling, light sandwich. Will return in the future!

I went with four people I don’t remember the servers name but he had tattoos I do remember that. He was busy with other tables and still got over to greet us as quick as he could he was nice and welcoming. I got the new burger with the fondue dip and I got one of the new drinks I think paradise was the name and wow the burger was one of the best burgers I have ever had and the drink was refreshing it washed down the cheese and fries!

Everyone we(my sister and I) interacted with today was super inclusive and extremely friendly. Can't say thank you enough to Tara and the 2 girls at the hostess stand. The food was super quick, as well as yummy, and our server checked up on us very frequently. Thanks for being awesome humans, y'all ☺

So we came here on an SU game day, and thankfully it was not packed. We got a high top by the bar, and we got some burgers and beers and enjoyed the game. The service was good and so was the food, and as more people arrived the atomnosphere of watching the game there got better as well. My only criticism would be that they do the unlimited side like French fries, but they serve them in such small portions that it takes two or three servings to feel like you got a normal restaurant portion of fries.

It was our first time going to Red Robin and we loved it. The food was amazing and portion sizes were great. The kids loved the milk shakes and burgers. The service was friendly and very helpful.

What a great atmosphere.. Went in for the first time and was debating between a couple of other burger joints..
The food was yummmm.. The Scorpion burger is a must try.. Scorpion sauce was amazing... and the veggie burger was a crazy hit with the rest of my fam.
Drinks and sides are unlimited (bottomless.. if you have not tried their garlic fries.. you must.. 🤩😋).. ooohh.. let's talk about their Sweet potato fries (thin and crispy)

They had games for kids, more like a tablet version (it's a one time charge of 2.50)

Our server Reba was amazing..
We started getting our order in about 7-8 minutes despite it being the lunch hour
Their AGM also visited us and brought out special sauce (campfire sauce. it's a bit smokey.. a bit sweet.. but overall pretty great ) and some additional sides for us to try.

Have never had a bad experience here. Waitstaff is always friendly and attentive, food is great and proper temperature. Highly recommended!

Traditional Christmas Eve supper with my daughters family. Our service was great and the food was outstanding. Thank you Red Robin staff for another excellent experience! Bravo 👏 👏 👏

We visit Red Robin every few months for a treat and date night
As Red Robin royalty members we always get enticing rewards that we can't resist. The staff are always so warm and welcoming, quick to respond and take care of anything you need. The food always tastes warm, flavorful and fresh. We love.the creative menu and environment. Definitely recommend grabbing a bite to eat here then seeing a movie next door Movie Tavern. We'd love if they got together and sold a dinner and movie for two special package!

Update: Visited Red Robin again and noticed they made many fantastic menu changes. As always the food here is delicious and comes out hot and in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and doesn't make you feel rushed.

The pretzel bites were good; could've used more cheese, but the real winner here was the long Island ice tea, now THAT was to die for, could've drank more than 2 that night!

The food here is great. I love their crispy chicken sandwiches, steak fries, and honey mustard. I ordered out one time and it was sitting for an hour because. I thought I had pushed the pick up time back. I wasn’t comfortable eating it then. Customer service understood and made the food again and at no charge, although it was paid through third party vendor.

We had a quick bite here after seeing movies at the nearby theater. Our family only ordered a couple salads and drinks (not typical, but we had concessions at the movies, so not that hungry). The food was great, and our server was very friendly, attentive, and flexible, since 2 of us got there a little later. The staff overall was also very welcoming. We will definitely come back to this Red Robin!

We were not expecting what we experienced . It was an amazing dinner. The food selection was ample. The prices were very good. The service was incredible!!!!!! They even put a shot of vodka in my smores milkshake. BTW OMG it was perfect. we will absolutely eat here again.also we got our food quickly.

Took our mom here on Saturday before Mothers Day, and had a great experience. Our 3 burgers were the Guac-burger, the Pig-Out, and the Classic cheeseburger. All were great. The hostess (Alex?) and servers (Tara and Theresa) were all courteous, friendly, and on their game. The only downside was our orders of "crispy crunchy" steak fries were not extra crispy, but the replacement order was nice and crispy. All in all, a nearly perfect dining experience in a nice, clean, and hospitable restaurant. We'll be back next time we're in town!

Loved the food and Sydney was an amazing host 10/10 experience will be going again!

Delicious food, great staff, good bar but I'd like the bar to have a few little festive Americana pieces to celebrate the historic place of the great American hamburger.

Awesome experience! First time for dine in and we got a free bottomless side! The waitress was about as friendly as you could get (Theresa) and we were just overall happy :)
