Interesting experience. The membership is not worth it for me due to distance, however, I can see why it is for most people. The quality of the products is top notch.

Good prices and excellent meat and bakery departments. Their Australian lamb chops are outstanding, and don't pass up a chance to try their croissant rolls, cookies and cinnamon rolls. You have to be willing to buy in quantity (such as a 1.3 gal bottle of Heinz White Vinegar at a very low price), and sometimes an item you like (eg. the cinnamon rolls and Paisley Farms 4-bean salad) will disappear from stock only to reappear 6 months later. While shopping, take advantage of the free samples handed out by their friendly staff. You need to pay a yearly membership fee to shop at Costco's which also entitles you to purchase gasoline at their pumps at a price that is usually the lowest in town. Be sure to sign up to receive their monthly mailer listing items on sale.

Employees are helpful and congenial. Good prices, especially on meat items. The savings on meat alone for my family is worth the cost of the executive membership!

Weekends super busy , but they have everything in stock , very clean and organized. The self checkout is perfect, even if the line is super busy for checkout they move fast , bathrooms are clean and staff are nice . We love the chicken 🍗 they roast is sooo good , and don’t forget to stop at the cafeteria for hotdogs and churros they are absolutely delicious

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with the optical department. My wife's glasses were ready in 3 days and mine were ready in 5 days. The price and the service are unbeatable. Will definitely go back for our next glasses.

Very clean but busy during weekend! We drive from Utica, more items are in stocks now. Hot dog always delicious, roast chicken always less than $5. All the bike, gym stuff are in stock now!

The employees are freaking awesome. Friendly and helpful with the two questions we had today.
Otherwise it's a big box store.

Edit: when we were last, a cashier who's register had no one in line came over and bagged our groceries without anyone telling him to or being asked. This seems small, but in a day when other big box stores are pushing hard towards self-checkout, I found this positive both in employees' attitude here and in the use of cashiers in general.

I recently shopped at Costco in Camillus, NY, and was really happy with the experience. Their prices are so affordable and the selection of products is incredibly comprehensive. The store is clean and well-organized, making shopping easy and enjoyable. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend for great deals and a wide variety of products. Five stars for sure!

I love Costco.... a little too much! Prices could always be better, but I am such a fan of the Kirkland products. And, there is always something different to check out, no matter which "department" you are in. I have yet to experience any kind of negative customer service, which says a lot these days. Will keep going!

First time shopping at a wholesale club. Was overwhelmed with the deals. Made a few choice purchases. Shared my experience with other family members and opened my own account. This was a 5 Star experience.

I would like to acknowledge James (JB), a manager in the administrative office ... I had service done on my tires and the paperwork did not have any notations on it. When I called to get the needed information, JB listened, spoke with the tire department, personally looked at the video of my tires being worked on, and asked the tire employee to come to the office to answer pertinent questions that I had. I was so impressed by this excellent customer service. I hope the company knows what an outstanding team member he is! In this day and age, it sure is refreshing to have a human listen and provide great service.

Excellent customer service and products.This location is very clean inside and out. Ample parking, handicap parking and wheelchair accessibility. This location is convenient to restaurant, gas station and near the freeway for easy travel.

Awesome as usual - The staff is great 👍 try the hotdog combo the best deal in the world - $1.50 for a great wiener is Crazy - you know what I am saying Girls 😂

Very nice. Good merchandise-reasonably priced.

BUT, they are opening the damn "self checkout lanes" and closing human checkout lanes, causing long lines. If they continue down this line, they will soon be no good, and we will have to shop elsewhere.

Walmart, in Gainesville, Florida did this until enough people stayed away. Now they are going back to more human checkout lanes, and fewer lines, and trying to win back lost customers.

It's possible to save so much money that you go out of business. Be careful, COSTCO.

Costco is undeniably one of the best places on this planet. Would love to get a Costco hoodie but I can’t find any in store :( LOVE COSTCO

One stop shop for all we need…membership required.

Convenient location and a large parking lot. Also, it has a big gas station with many pumps. It gets quite crowded in the afternoon, though.

I am there loyal member for years now. They never disappointed us. Highly recommend electric equipment deals like TV, speakers, laptops, headphones and appliances ( which I have bought from them) they even have great after service.

Very advance app, you can order a lot of things online and will leave right on the door.

Tested delivery service during COVID-19 and didn’t over there as well.

Fruits and vegetables are so so. Rest everything is always top notch. Will soon try their vacation package and update here :)
