Extremely friendly staff. Jack was very knowledgeable and welcomed us into the store with a huge smile and outstanding customer service. Give him a raise!

Seeing the negative reviews, I thought it would be appropriate to log my experience as of 5/22/21.

I arrived on a Saturday around 2:30pm. They were open, had what I needed, the staff was friendly and helpful. All good here.

Not sure what's with some of the bad reviews on here! I've have been going here for a bit now and the customer service has been amazing. Working in customer service myself so, I totally get it! More recently, I know they are under new Management and Anthony is super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! Any GNC I've visited I have always had a really great experience so, don't hesitate to go if you're thinking about it especially this location!!

I just had the best experience at GNC. The manager, who said he took over about 8 months ago, was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He helped me choose a couple shakes and suggested a daily supplement (which I bought too). Kudos!! I’ll definitely be back!!

Great location and always helpful. I called today inquiring about a certain product. Even though they did not carry what I was looking for, the employee referred me to a store that did.

This store is very convenient and the staff is always very attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this location, and much easier than going to a mall.

My boyfriend comes here for his pre & post work out stuff. I went in with him one day asking about metabolism supplements,guy answered all my annoying and tedious questions,no judgement. Gave me a few pointers. I was originally not intending to buy anything,but walked out with what I wanted for a pretty good price . I would give this location 5 stars,but GNC are generally overpriced and if it were not for the sale,I would have walked out empty handed. The staff here are great,though ,and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been to this location a number of times. I'm always disappointed by the lack of customer service and support from the staff members. The associate never left the checkout area. Never made any suggestions for add on items.

Most of the products are over priced

Conveniently placed for me but thats the only reason Im giving any stars because otherwise its a useless place. Im in the plaza very often and every time I try to stop by they are always closed even prior to pandemic. I can understand closing early once in a great while for certain circumstances but if its as constant as it seems to be like in other reviews Ive read then you should be open as a business. Either change your hours to something you can stick to, and if you cant stick to anything reliably just dont be open ever.

Posted hours are not their hours. 11am open time on Sunday. Nope! Doors still locked at 11:20. No hours posted on door.

I'll never shop at GNC again. This location was only worth while when Vinny was the manager and now it is an absolute dump. I specifically came in and spoke to Anthony (one of the most arrogant, disrespectful kids ive ever interacted with) about wanting to purchase half priced items, which afterwards, I realized were only half off because they were about to expire. The kid charged me full price on almost all the items, totally 65 dollars before asking me three times to renew my gnc pro membership, to which I replied "no, I do not want too and I need to hurry because I'm on my way to work." After confronting him once I paid and realized the mistake, he rudely said "oh it's no big deal, ill refund it." He was very rude, short with me and interrupted me when I tried to explain my frustration. It wasn't the point that he could fix it, he knew one hundred percent why I was there because he ASKED and then saw how much it was and claimed he didn't notice. He continued to make snarky comments until it escalated and I put him in his place. He refused to apologize for charging me DOUBLE what i should have, tried to hide it and then got what he asked for when he ran his mouth. He quickly changed his whole narrative after contacting the police. People think they can rip people off and talk to them any type of way they want and have zero regard for their interactions. This is a paying customer and employee interaction that was so unprofessional I was dumbfounded. This location has had multiple issues, as I've read reviews, experienced it first hand AND heard from camillus police that this store has had many issues with customer employee interactions. Never again. Play tough somewhere else, little string bean Anthony.

They’ve been closed for 3 days in a row now.

This place is never open on time and seems to close early often. It’s hard to shop because it’s always a gamble on if the store is open or not.
