Malysa, the customer support representative was knowledgeable and thorough in addressing my question about insuring the contents in storage. It was easy to speak to someone and helpful that this was possible on Saturday.

Have had nothing but a great experience from Holly. Super thankful for her great customer service that lacks at so many places these days! Only thing I would change is addional hours available to get into the unit especially during the summer. At 9 it's still light outside during the summer and I would like to be able to access my unit a little later sometimes.

Barry from KO was amazingly helpful over the phone! I was scared when I arrived at the office to find they were closed, as I thought my question would be to difficult over the phone. (I had just rented a unit the night before for first time... Only to discover I'd need a bigger one.) I didn't however, want to miss out on the current deals and hoped the money I'd paid for the one night could be taken off of the total of a larger unit in same area. Barry made it effortless for me, totally understood what I was trying to accomplish and did so in an amazing amount of time. Got off the phone, moved my stuff and added the rest. Bam. No worries, all done. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NOT TO MENTION, THE BEST PRICES HANDS DOWN! Couldn't be more satisfied. 😊

Okay, now I have to add that I just spoke with Kris on the phone who flawlessly helped me move YET AGAIN 🫢😁 to another, bigger unit! He was quick and super friendly like everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with from KO Starage company!! They are 100% the best by far. I can't thank you all enough for such amazing customer service as well as amazing property set up, units, the whole shaabang!!!

Sign up was quick. They are super supportive of military and helped out with other things. Highly recommend. Staff was amazing. Customer service in this area sucks, but this group here blew my mind with their professionalism and support.

I rented space from Storage Made EZ almost 3 years. The one that I worked with the most was Carrie o'donnel and she was very good. She was a great person and had a great personality. She helped me more than I ever expected. Diane the one that works now that replace Carrie she seems like a very nice person. As far as the storage unit it was clean. As long as my stuff was safe and it was. Had no problems. Would recommend highly.
