I visited this location on Saturday 8/13/22 needing assistance with my place cards. My event was 8/14/22 and I was delayed in getting them printed. I explained my situation to Sarah at this location. She was compassionate and understanding and told me we will get it done and that I did not need to panic. Customer service is so hard to come by nowadays. Sarah demonstrated compassion and understand which the world needs more of. My place cards were ready an hour before the time promised. I want to recognize Sarah for an AMAZING job taking care of me. I highly recommend this location.

Excellent customer service ! Alex was extremely helpful with printing out programs, place cards, signs, for my wedding day. He informed me how to save on the type of paper and overall cut costs! Super grateful to have worked with him

I ordered some invitations to be printed the night before I picked them up. They were laid in "Flyer" mode online, and I laid down cropmarks so I could cut them to size later after I picked them up. I was surprised that whoever produced my order had trimmed the invites at no extra charge "because they saw the cropmarks". I thanked them for saving me lots of time!

I've been here numerous times for a variety of services and have always had great customer service from the employees here. The service can be slow at times when they're busy but I can't imagine you can expect anything less. This is always the location I come to when shipping with FedEx.

Ms. Arianna provided an excellent service at the Fed Ex Lombard location. She was very friendly, professional, and patient. I will definitely recommend this location.

Came a few mins before they close kiera didn’t mind and she tried her best to help in everyway possible. She should be sent to Bloomingdale to teach them

Reliable for years. I have had training workbooks printed here for the last 5 or 6 years. Never had a problem and service has been solid.

The place is clean. Staff was very friendly especially Sara who really helped me. Spent a lot of time making my project look good.

Full service printing. Sony picture station. Perfect for making copys of pictures.
Also, This location is a Kinko’s with a FedEx in it , unlike the reverse with many locations.

I had an email sent to FedEx to print and fax for me. They cared about the service they provided and did an outstanding job.
