The line is long, but it moves quickly as cashiers are moving customers along with their purchase.

The staff was very helpful in directing me to exactly what I needed. They then went further to explain my options in selecting the perfect items for my visit. Excellent service by the staff! I feel that they went beyond their scope of service to provide a more complete experience, saving me tons of time & reducing my stress & anxiety levels!

Went on a Saturday to make a return. Huge line but with 7 open registers and a friendly lady directing traffic it went quickly. Then placed an online order with a friendly employee. Good work Dick’s!

Bennett working in the shoe department was phenomenal! He made great suggestions, brought out a ton of shoes for my son to try to ensure the best choice, and never did we feel like we were a pain to serve. This young man knows his stuff! See the stack of shoes that he had us try on!

Allen Wirtz in the shoe department was so helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about all the shoe options (Hoka, Brooks, etc. etc.) available to fit my specific needs! Definitely request his expertise next time you’re in the market for a gym shoe!

Lots of miss information with the staff members, creating a difficult situation out of an exchange but supervisor Stefan fixed issue and was very polite and professional unlike Cindy

That place was like a DREAM!!! So many weights, fancy big screen rowers, stationary bikes, cushioning treadmills, sports apparel, golf clubs, football armor, basketball hoops, soccer necessities, ice and field hockey, premium lacrosse gear, and weight training items!

Store is clean, staff is friendly. The cashier gave us a Mother’s Day coupon unprompted which was amazing. It’s nice being able to go into a store and see what you are buying.

WoW!!!! Best experience at a retail store I’ve had in a long time. Went to the shoe department and had the pleasure of meeting Diaz 😊 This man not only knows his stuff but, laid out TOP quality customer service! I’ve never had a sales experience on gym shoes like this before. Diaz knew everything about the shoes he sold and what would be the best running shoe for my daughter. His knowledge inspired me to also make a purchase for myself. What more could a department store want than a salesman who educates the customer and they end up buying more. Hats of to Mr Diaz if you aren’t the sales manager you definitely should be and thank you for the great experience. 👍🏻

Stopped in to shop for some items at DICK'S Sporting Goods, 810 E Butterfield Road, Lombard, IL 60148. I had several employees help me with items I was searching for in their store. I look forward to shopping here again soon.

Sorry if I spelled her name wrong , but the young women ankanita at the front counter was very patient and helpful with my return with no receipt on July 3rd. For sure will be back at this location to shop again.

When I went to this store, it literally had any exercise equipment you might want or need. The staff were very friendly. I bought some weights and left pretty happy and wanted to buy some more stuff. The sheer size is amazing but the fact they actually have some great inventory is what made me rate the place highly along with the great service.

I took my new gt bike to the bikes department and Martin took care of it. Great employee, very customer service oriented and above all very knowledgeable about bikes issues.

Shout out to Ethan of Lombard branch! Very accommodating! I was looking for a wide running shoes and he was so knowledgeable to show different kinds of shoes. I just had an achilles tendon surgery and i got the best comfortable shoes.

Great store with endless selections of sports apparel. Staff was excellent! I went to purchase some Hokas and Ellie was spot on in helping find the model and right size! I was also looking for ankle support socks and Gideon went above and beyond to help locate and choose the right ones. Great services like this will keep me coming back!

Wow what an incredibly perfect curbside pickup experience at their Lombard location! We ordered a weight set that we were unsure would fit in our car. A whole team of masked associates came out with our set within a minute of letting them know we had arrived, and they quickly fit everything into our car. They were done within minutes of our arrival. Very friendly, asked if we had any questions or needed anything else. What a great way to shop!!
