Eva provided outstanding customer service. She walked me through all sizing considerations and the experience was smooth. This is my first pair of shoes at this price point. Looking forward to upgrading all my shoes. Bravo!

Great shoes and superb service. Allen Edmonds makes excellent shoes. Yes, they can be expensive but the quality is there. I had to return a pair of AE shoes I had ordered via the internet for a different size so I took them to my local AE store. They were very gracious, fitted me there and ordered the correct size. I received the new pair even faster than my original order.

Good store, nice service, excellent boots. I received a gift card for Christmas and went shopping. I had never heard of Allen Edmonds, let alone owned anything that fancy. My visit took about 30 minutes during which I was fitted for some boots. They did not have the style in my size but ordered factory direct and I got my boots a week later. They feel great. I'll probably never spend my own money, in that amount, on footwear ever, but if I ever get another gift card, I'll be at the Oak Brook location ASAP.

I ordered 2 Allen Edmonds online. One came is with the wrong color and the wrong soles, the other came in with a big crease in between the quarter and the the heel corner. Kim, the store manager, helped me return them.

I ordered them again this time by phone and the 1 came in perfect, but the other one came in exactly with the same defects. Went back to Oak brook branch, and Kim, the store manager helped me again. She refunded the money and the shipping and reordered my Shoes. Right before the shoes was shipped, Kim sent a "heads up" email saying my shoes are on the way.

Thanks to Kim, the store manager, for her patience and willingness to help.

Great staff, excellent service, very knowledgeable and a very nice feeling that this is still an American made shoe. First purchased was in 1994 when I was just 23, a Burgundy pair of the split toe Algonquin. Allen Edmonds is a quality made shoe. Thank you Lauren, Kimberly & Yasser for great customer service.

Excellent customer service from manager Kimberly Kudlinski. She took time to fit me properly, and explain the features of the model I was interested in. Though my specific size was out of stock, she arranged to have the shoes shipped directly to my home. The shoes arrived within three days, and fit perfectly. Highest recommendation. Thank you!

Allen Edmonds Oakbrook is my favorite spot to shop for shoes. The shoes are top notch, dress and casual shoe alike, but the best part of the shop isn't the amazing high-end footwear. It is the amazing staff and customer service! They really know their product, they get to know you and your preferences, and take the care and time to make sure you are set up with the footwear that you will be happy with for years to come. I will continue to frequent the Oakbrook location and I hope the staff is retained for as long as I can walk!

I bought a pair of shoes in November and it took a couple months to get to me. When it got to me there was a slight imperfection but when I brought it back to the store the representative Eva was extremely helpful and made the exchange process very easy.

Very big shout out & thank you to Tom! The Allen Edmonds in Oak Brook blew all expectations out of the water. I have never visited this location before and I am new to the brand. Tom was extremely helpful and knew exactly what would work with me. I was given time to walk around in-store with my shoes as well as try on belts and see/touch display models that show how the shoes are made. Extremely professional & efficient shopping experience. You get what you pay for, and today I was given just that & more! You will not be disappointed, money very well spent and a shopping experience that will have me coming back from here on out.

Great store to shop for AE's. Got fitted for my size, sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though my size/color was not in stock we were able to purchase from the site and have it shipped to my place. Overall it was a great experience

I did a lot of online research before deciding to purchase a pair of AE shoes, and I have not been disappointed. The shoes (Park Avenue cap-toe Oxfords in walnut) are wonderful, and I get a ton of compliments on them. They're also well reviewed elsewhere.

One sales associate at this Oak Brook location, Priscilla, took excellent care of me from start to finish. She was patient, knowledgeable, and reliable. When my shoes came in with a minor blemish, she speedily rectified the situation, and I had my new shoes well in time for my wedding. Priscilla's service made a big difference in my experience, and I'm now a convert to not only the AE products but the experience.

Yasser is the man and was extremely helpful in preparation for my wedding day. I had ordered 7 pairs of shoes for my groomsmen and not all fit exactly right. I brought the shoes that were ordered online into the store and Yasser stepped right up, ordered the proper shoe sizes and even had them delivered that same week. In addition, I had to come back a second time to accomplish the same task, and yet again - Yasser came through. I appreciate this type of service - it's customer first and Yasser did a great job of putting his customer first. Allen Edmunds has a great Assistant Manager is Yasser. Look forward to going back soon.

They will measure your foot (length and breadth), they will answer your questions abd tell you about available discounts. You can pick up in store and if not available in stock, they will send it to your home. Super luxurious shoes by the way!

Incredibly well made, comfortable shoes that are actually made in the United States. They also carry EEE shoes that look really good.
