Sebastian, Heather and Josh are all AMAZING!!! Outstanding customer service, professionalism and a whole lot of PATIENCE!! I visited the store in the Oakbrook Promenade on Friday 2/9/24 and what an experience it was!! I learned so much about products and myself as well. Sebastian was a 10 and then some!!! Lol. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable and has impeccable memory when it comes to all of his customers. Professional service 👌 to say the least. I'm extremely pleased with my investment that's due to arrive soon. I enjoyed all of them, Heather & Josh are the AWESOME TWOSOME!! Business is definitely booming at this location, I saw it with my own eyes. Not only that, but I understand that the Sleep Number franchises are the Official Wellness Partner of the NFL!!!! WOWWWWW!!! They took exceptional care of me. I will recommend anyone that's looking for the Premier Customer Experience to get on down to the Sleep Number store in the Oakbrook Promenade as soon as you can...they're also having a monster President's Day sale right now and everything is going fast!!!! Thank you guys and doll for everything you assisted me with. I'm so excited that I chose Sleep Number!

The staff are always exceptional in their knowledge and courtesy. A particular standout was Luke, who guided me through the various models with patience and expertise. He took the time to understand my sleep preferences and physical needs, ensuring that the recommendations were personalized and apt.

Returning sleep number customer, i was prepared to buy online but decided to go in because the store was close. We are so glad we came in! Heather helped us make some decisions, and we were truly amazed at the level of customer service and knowledge she had to offer. Great experience, would recommend to anyone! She knew more about what i needed out of my sleep number then I have learned in the 15+ years I've owned one.

Very great experience with the salesman Sebastian! He was awesome! I would definitely recommend asking for him as for the manager that was there I think her name was heather she was very rude at the end of our sale. We bought a mattress that was over $5,000 and once the papers were signed sebastian and my husband were having small talk and she rudely came and asked if he was still in rotation because another customer had walked in. It was a very awkward moment for us as well as for the salesman and we didn’t even get the thank him properly for all his help. Definitely not a way to make your customers feel after spending that amount of money there!

Overall, great experience! Luke was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience! We are very much looking forward to getting our new mattress in a month!

This review is about the store and not the product. Will update once my mattress is delivered and I've had a chance to sleep on it for a few days. The store was busy when I arrived had to wait a few minutes for a sales rep. I did some research before I went in so I had an idea of what I was looking for. Michael answered the questions I had and steered me in the right direction. I was told the mattress I had in mind wouldn't work out for me (I'm a big guy 6'2 325lbs) so he gave me a couple options. Option 1 was the C4 and a bit more then I was planning to spend but not much more. Option 2 was about $1200 more then I wanted to spend. Tested out some beds and different settings and decided to go with option 1. After all was said and done I walked out about 40 minutes later feeling like I got what I wanted for a good price. If I had 1 complaint is the next delivery day they had available was 5 days later with an 8 hour window. If all goes well with the mattress I will suggest this place to friends and family. Be prepared to pay a premium but isn't a good night's sleep worth it? I've had the mattress for a bit now and I love it, it's great being able to adjust the firmness whenever I need 2. One of the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. First-class delivery and set up.

Sebastian was very helpful and patient. He helped explain the difference of the two beds I had in mind. Gave me the information so I could share with my husband. I returned the same day and purchased my new bed. Thank you. I was impressed that all covid-19 precautions were being followed.

Luke was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the Sleep Number products -- my experience purchasing my new bed was very pleasant. I definitely recommend this store.

Awesome place , the store manager Luke . Was very personable . Answered all my questions . Was very knowledgeable about the beds and the costs . The setup . I've never been treated nicer by any sales person . Highly recommend.
