I took my daughter and they accepted Walk-in hair cut today. Ms. Kim was my daughter’s hair stylist and I was super admired her hair cut technique! She cut exactly what I expected!
My daughter and I have similar hair thickness and look like puffy hair
All I asked her is “ thinner, reduced hair thickness “
I would like to ask Kim for my hair cut and make thinner next time!

I worked with Kirsten and she was wonderful, I went in for a cut and highlights and she helped me figure out the right haircut to frame my face and the best color for my highlights. I was a little scared to color it at first because it was my first time getting highlights, so she eased me into it by doing a a few highlights at first. When I called her the next day I told her I wanted to add more color because I wanted it to be more noticeable she scheduled an appointment with me the next day (today) and said she would add more color for free since I wasn't completely satisfied with my first visit. So I went in today and she added some more highlights and accomplished exactly the look I wanted. Thank You Kirsten!! I'm very happy with my new look!

Made a mistake by cutting my own hair and Grace did an awesome job fixing it for me! She was so nice and professional and I would recommend her to anyone.

Never has a wait and is always (luckily) able to accommodate me short notice. Lovely staff and always super nice and friendly unlike Supercuts.
