Amazing prices on bulk items. Great food and clothing selection. Has a jewelry counter, auto center, and electronic section. Best part it the food counter. Sam’s Club makes great food like the delicious pizza pretzel. A warm large twisted pretzel with melted cheese and pepperoni on top. My kids really love the hotdogs. Bathrooms are generally kept pretty clean. Every once in a while a sloppy customer makes a mess but the employees are always happy to clean up afterwards. Bless those employees for their service. I had an issue needing to make a return , Alisha at the front desk went above and beyond to help me!!! As well as the front end manager... It was a fridge that I purchased the night before, but then did not need it and had to return .. but she made it a very pleasant experience with lots of laughs!!!

Made an early morning delivery here, staff was friendly and helpful. Receiving was fast unloaded in about 45 minutes. Overnight park is available behind the store.( I called ahead to verify before going to the store).Thank you all very much for the pleasant experience, I'll be keeping an eye on more deliveries to your store!

When canning season harvest was heavy, I needed a large capacity stock pot to can my beets, slaw, cowboy candy, corn relish, chili, goulash, winter soups, spaghetti sauce, salsa, etc... I didn't want to over spend to get a decent pot at many stores cost $50 to $100. I found the chef stock pot (22 quart size) at Sam's Club in Watertown, so glad I did $35 I think... you can see the line I filled the pot harvesting my tomatoes... I am stocking the pantry for the next year or two. I personally haven't had a problem finding canning jars, my ability to find a roasting pan was proving harder than I anticipated. The stock pot is a great addition to my canning tools, and I finally found an 18 quart roasting pan to use for my apples. Happy canning and Happy Holidays!

The shelves and displays were recently rearranged in this Sam's Club and it is much easier to navigate and more intuitively designed now. The staff is always helpful and the food is well stocked and fresh. We tried a pre-prepared cob salad that was in the cooler section that I had not seen before and it was excellent and a great deal.

Sam's club is always organized and clean. You know right we're to go to find what you need. They had in stock everything I was looking for. Nice quality of clothing. Associates are available and willing to assist.

Went to do a new membership card, the staff and associates were very helpful, pleasant, and thanked me for shopping there. Renewing my membership was easy and didn't take long to do. I recommend Sam's Club to anyone. They have a great selection of products and merchandise.

Very impressed with the customer service from the member services as well as the management in Watertown! We ran into an issue trying to purchase a washer and dryer, and they did everything in their power to help! We just moved here and am very thankful for the great service! Thanks again!

Great place on good price. Found it better than Costco. Things are well organized, very clean with handwash sinks on floor. The hot food counter is our favourite with good choices of pizza, churro, refillable drinks and ice cream for family.

I can always find good deals in Sam's club. they have many things other places do not. & I like buying some stuff in bulk. the Cafe inside has the best pizza!

My mom’s birthday was in early May and we ordered food for 100 people…pizza and rotisserie chicken. Staff in both departments gave polite and excellent customer service. They called me with a pizza sale update that also reduced expenses! If I recall, I worked with Rob regarding the chicken and Kim and Hollie with the pizzas. Thanks!

The other day i picked up a prebuilt Cyberpower gaming pc and a 32in Samsung monitor both from the Watertown NY Sam's club.
The computer works way better than expected. Fantastic product, great value. Sam's club is literally the best place to shop in town.

This location is always so nice with tons of amazing products to browse through. The deals are endless!
We like to get our bulk items here & although that should only take a half hour at most, we usually spend close to an hour here.
It's never too busy. The staff is friendly & helpful. We love our membership!

Staff is always super friendly. Extremely helpful. If I had the space I would buy absolutely everything here.
