In awe by how helpful every single employee was during my visit. From help with sizing to returning an online order to picking new items — it was amazing.

I recently visited American Eagle to try to get a birthday present for my mom. This one employee, Cristel was more than helpful. She listened to my requests, helped me pick various items and treated me with respect. She exceeded my expectations. It was such a quick and easy shopping experience. She is the best part of American eagle, I wish there were more employees like her.

Exceptional service! I don’t shop here often, it was first time at this location. Arielle who assisted me was very attentive and friendly. I tried like 10 different swimsuits today, asked different sizes, never got any attitude. Will definitely come back

i always get my bras and undies from aerie cuz of the unbeatable comfort. it’d been several years since i last got bras and syreisha was just the most delightful person to help me get fitted and find the most comfy styles. i felt comfortable and supported by her. keep lifting this lady up yall! mariel was also so helpful on the undies floor. the staff were so patient in helping me order my size online too. great crew. well done folks!!! :-)

I had the best experience here! I had an issue with my pick up order, and the staff (especially Kyle!) we’re so helpful and quick to fix it. Seriously every person was so nice about it and did everything they could to help! Kyle especially went out of his way to make it right, I was blown away!

This store is exceptional! I was there today and all the girls who work their are kind, enthusiastic, and fun! they went above and beyond to find me the pieces and sizes I was looking for! You can tell the crew loves where they work and are ready to help any customer! Such an easy and supportive shopping experience! Skip the big times sq store and come here!!!

This store is so upbeat and energetic. Im surprised to see such bad reviews being that I’ve witnessed the staff and management myself and they are allll wonderful people. I needed help buying some things for my girlfriend. I’m not a girl lol so I desperately needed the help!! These women ; Denise who’s an associate and iris a manager were Amazingly helpful and kind. I showed them pictures of my girlfriend and they helped me with styles and sizes. Will visit this location again.

This store was super friendly and well stocked. Wish you carry a better 38w selection for my husband. Other than that nothing to complain about and I love their sales. Who doesnt want a pair of aero Jean's for 20.00. They have good sales and if you cant find it there they will offer to order it for you.

This store is super cute and well layed out. I bought clothing online and returned it in store. Staff was polite and welcoming. No questions asked about my return. Transaction was smooth and fast. I forgot the credit card to put the credit card on but they were able to give me store credit. Manager was readily available for assistance. I will be going back to shop in store.

I have been trying to help my boyfriend find clothes that he likes, and it has NOT been easy. After many night of me showing him pictures on Pinterest, and him rolling his eyes at the male models... I finally dragged him to American Eagle. LOL.

And seriously guys, the employees could not have been more helpful. Their names were Isaiah and Destini and they were incredibly kind and patient.

As a size 14, full figured, short woman it is almost impossible to find jeans that fit me. To make my nightmare worse I was on a mission to find white jeans for an all white party. One employee named Chris was so helpful. He brought me So many different styles. He even had me try on a size 12 pair of jeans and to my surprise they fit and were super comfy and made me feel so confident. Love this store, I’ll be back soon. Thanks again Chris!

I'm a long time buyer of American Eagle jeans, truly the only type that fits me well. I went in to try on their xshort but discovered that they only sell that size online - Matt was a HUGE help and not only found me a pair of jeans in short that I could walk out of the store with, but he also helped me order the XShort online. The entire staff was extremely helpful and truly made my shopping experience 5x better! Big thank you team :)

Was just helped in the bra loft with Ashley and she was amazing! Very kind and helpful customer service! The store had sizes 30 bands which is very uncommon but very true to size.

Came here as a last resort to buy some jeans a couple hours before I had to leave for a last minute trip. The staff here is so helpful and nice. I was able to find exactly what I needed very quickly.
