Recently purchased a vehicle from them. No one tries to pressure you into buying something. We had an appointment at another dealership and they did not try to keep us there to buy a car we were not sure about. Called them after the appointment to tell them we wanted the car and were coming back that day. Paperwork was easy no hidden dealer fees. We found an issue on the way home that no one caught at the dealership and that we didn't see during the test drive, we called the next day and told them the issue, they offered to fix it free of charge. I would definitely buy another car from them.

Fantastic experience overall. There were many intermittent and inconsistent alarms and warnings on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. I was concerned about them being able to isolate and permanently fix the issue. They did, and kept me in formed throughout the process. Great service. I will be coming back.

My sales person Anthony Previte did a great job answering all my questions..even tho it was a used car they normally don't sell was very knowledgeable..I'm a pain to deal with but he was very patient and helped me get into the car i wanted..Even answered a few questions from my family member about his jeep he purchased elsewhere.. thanks for making it happen!! Will definitely be coming back when I'm ready for my grand cherokee!!

Diagnosed the issue got me in for the repair, unfortunately I experienced the same issue days later….. no problem scheduled me back, was apologetic and truck is there now. Love the service team and Jennifer is the best!!!

Excellent Service at Deacon's.My tire was low and I stopped up there with no appointment I was worried it was going flat. They said they would look at it and do my oil change, I was due. I ended up having a nail and couldn’t appreciate it more that they took me so quickly and fixed my tire. Two days later I was back a different tire had a nail and they had it fixed and me out of there in 15 minutes! Great job and great customer service! Outstanding! I would recommend them to anyone!
