I think I'm in love with Bob's Donuts! I've tried the cake crumb, the chocolate bar, and the one with vanilla custard on top. They were all amazing! The cake crumb was rich and moist, and the vanilla custard and chocolate bar were both so light and so fluffy, almost like a mille-feuille. I loved them all. The place is small, and you may need to wait a little, but the service is really fast, and it's totally worth the wait! I will definitely be back and I will try more!

It's a hole in the wall donut shop. Hands down, best donuts I've had in a long time. Bacon maple was amazing. Definitely recommend.

A 24-hour donut shop with unique options is something that anyone can get behind! Especially a giant 1 foot-glazed donut. Even at midnight, there is a line that goes by super fast, and seeing the classic glazed donuts to a cherry almond-infused cookie cake, all fresh and packed with deliciousness is worth the trip.

They have a variety of flavours to try and they are open 24 hours. My personal favorites vanilla custard, blueberry, old fashioned, marshmallow, apple.
Unfortunately, they don't have dine in space and offers only take away.

Stellar classic donuts, especially enjoyed the buttermilk bars and the cronut (cocoa puff). The glazes are flavourful. The donuts are big! Fairly priced. Take out only. Cash preferred.

Easily accessed by cable car on California Line ($5 all day until end of 2023)… it’s just a short walk from the end of the line.

Kids love the gigantic, creative, colorful, fruity tasting donuts, frosted giant donuts, donut holes, buttermilk, people stand in line for Bob’s Donut and Pastry Shop. Every diner is satisfied.

The donuts here are excellent and worth the calories! More than just your standard glazed or cake donuts, Bob's also has cronuts and vegan donuts. We ordered iced buttermilk bars and a cocoa puff cronut. All of them were delicious. The donuts were perfectly cooked: crisp outside and soft middle, not at all over cooked as does happen with bar donuts. The glazes were especially well done! No wonder there was a lineup outside!
Prices were reasonable, about $2 a donut. Note that not all the donuts available are in the window. The kitchen is constantly churning out more so ask or look in the baking trays behind the counter if you don't see something in the window display. Bob's is take out only, open 24 hours, and takes electronic payment.

Brilliant 24 hour donut shop that’s not overly complicated or expensive. Tried one of everything I could over a couple days and was delighted with each bite. Will absolutely come back to here again.

Let’s just say, they have absolutely mouthwatering donuts! When we went, there was a line out the door and understandably so! We waited 10 extra minutes just so the staff can finish the Apple fritter. It was so moist. We were extremely happy to stop in and taste possibly one of the best donuts of my life.

I’ve been coming to bobs donuts for over 10 years and it’s been consistently amazing. The Polk location is open 24 hours many great memories after a night out drinking. My go to is the crumble donut but the old fashion and the regular glazed donuts are also my favorite. The line can get long at times so plan a head.

I love the donuts there. They are so amazing. And they have vegan donuts, too. Sometimes there is a very long cue. But you don’t have to wait too long.

24/7 donut shop infamous within San Francisco. If you’re planning to eat a donut directly after buying it, make sure to ask what is still warm! It makes a huge difference. Otherwise, go with whatever is your favorite. The donut holes are delicious, too, and they seem to drop a few extra in the bag when you order a dozen or a half dozen.

Bob's Donut in SF is a delightful spot for donut lovers! I always find myself coming back for their mouthwatering old fashioned chocolate dipped donut, which is simply divine. The texture is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the rich chocolate coating is pure indulgence. The best thing about them is that they’re open 24-7. I once went at 11:30 PM and received donuts warm and fresh off the oven. Highly recommended!!

Best donut spot in San Francisco. Delicious flavor, perfect texture, and worth the visit. It’s a to-go spot and the line can be long as times. Wish we could have to option to dine in like we did a few years back before the pandemic. Overall, worth the wait for a taste of sweet, airy, delicious donut!

Awesome local family owned and famous donut shop, seen on Netflix’s Somebody Feed Phil. Apple fritters and maple glazed were divine. Crumb cake donut very sweet. Order online for pickup. No line when we went at 11am Saturday. One person allowed inside at a time. Seedy neighborhood, don’t leave valuables in your car. Beware of panhandling. Awesome otherwise though!

The donuts are super awesome. Doesn't matter what you buy. They are all good. But I did have the apple fritter and it was so good. Depending on when you arrive, there may be a line but it moves fast. And sometimes there isn't anyone but you and your appetite!
