They are always friendly and quick to schedule appointments.

Village family medicine is a one stop shop for females (they'll do your yearly pap and prescribe birth control). It can be hard to schedule a same day sick appointment though. Dr Lange is great.

Been seeing Dr. Lange for years and she's awesome. Had a couple issues getting script refills but every one is really nice. And new location is much better than the last moldy one.

We love the doctors at Village Family Medicine. They have been thorough and helpful where other doctors have not been. The new office is so much better than the old location.

I love my doctor but the procedures of keystone are terrible. I shouldn't have to wait 20 mins for someone at the front desk to answer. And if they say you can make an appointment online they should let you do it. The new automated system doesn't let you talk to anyone and they now have an office Thats not handicap accessible. How is that a doctor's office. If I was not pleased with my doctors care I would have left months ago.

I have been a patient at this practice for several years, and have been incredibly dissatisfied with my experience in the last year. I have not seen my doctor in over a year, and even when I specially request her, am told it would be several weeks before she was available. I've had several issues with referrals not being sent for months after I was told they were sent or sent to the wrong specialist for the wrong reasons. Most recently, I was told several times that I was being referred to physical therapy, and a month after the referral was sent I got a call to schedule an appointment with a spine doctor, and when I said I wasn't referred to a spine doctor, but physical therapy, the medical assistant told me I misheard, despite having been told at multiple appointments that I was being sent to physical therapy. So I had to wait TWO MONTHS to get into this spine doctor, who, when I finally saw him, was very confused about why I was sent to him before physical therapy. So now I have waited three months and be in pain the whole time because the nurse practitioner sent the wrong referral. I never receive a call back within 24 hours, even if I am calling on an urgent matter. And I received two weeks notice that my Dr is leaving the practice! Two weeks is not long enough to find a new Dr! Whatever management or staffing changes were made when this practice moved offices, they have been incredibly derelict in their duty to their patients and I have been suffering for months because of their terrible quality of care.

The worst customer experience I have had in years. Not only are there phone lines a constant run around if and when you do get to talk to someone they are, rude Jessica is one of them. My health insurance and pharmacies have both been trying daily for 3 weeks to get a hold of them by calling and faxing request with no response most of the time. When they did get someone they experience the same as me, lack of professionalism. They have also been given the wrong information about my medication. I have been a client of this practice for over 10 years but will never go back to them. Honestly one of the worst run businesses in Columbus. There are 2 girls working the front desk that need to be let go immediately as well as the office manager. This place will be out of business soon!

I went in for a well visit. I asked questions about menopause and because i asked those questions, i was charged for an additional office visit. Along with this I was supposed to get follow up blood work and a referral to a dermatologist. Somebody totally botched that as more than a month later I haven't gotten the referral and just was contacted about the blood work. Cancelled that appointment because it's time to find a new doctor.

Do not go here. The front office will never call you back or update info. They are constantly messing up paperwork and then blaming the patients. They can never get you in to see a doctor and heaven forbid if you need something urgently. It's no wonder why all the good doctors have left this place!

I do not recommend this practice. It is impossible to reach a live person, and on two separate occasions have left voice mails that were never returned. I will be switching doctors as a result of the consistently terrible service I receive from the administrative staff.

Went to my first appointment lost my insurance card so they wouldn't let me go to my appointment or even take my member ID. Due to personal issues with mental health I guess I did a no call no show so I'm not aloud back there! People really care about your well being! Nope just money

If possible I would give zero stars. The manager responded back to prescription refill i had put in and was very rude about it. This place is a joke as a whole but i love my physician. Being associated with ohio health explains alot.

Called 2 days straight. Left messages. No response back. Negligent to say the least.

Dr.Lange is rude and unprofessional.
