CVS

We have been going to this location for many years for our prescriptions. The pharmacy staff has been great. We recently took our Autistic old son there for a Covid vaccine. The pharmacist was wonderful. It wasn’t easy to do the injection, but she did a great job & was very patient. Another staff member there was kindly trying to assist as well by providing stuffed animals. They were so kind & understanding.

Normally I'd never write a review for a CVS, but I had such a great experience, I wanted to share. I came in a few minutes before closing time, I was greeted really warmly by one of the employees and she asked if she could help me find anything. She escorted me to everything I was looking for and was such a genuinely pleasant person. She didn't have a name tag so I don't know what her name was, but she was super friendly and helpful

I have shopped here for years and the pharmacists know me by name. They went above and beyond helping me manage the dozens of meds my husband needed after a stem cell transplant. They are first-rate and I am so appreciate of their knowledge and their kindness. The front of store people are friendly and helpful.

Primarily use this location for prescription pickup only. Like any pharmacy drive thru, they're can often be a line. However, the pharmacist's at this location work it quickly, efficiently and are pleasant with everyone. This location and the CVS on Sawmill & Bethel are the best pharmacy experience within the area, in my opinion.

Great workers. I know it’s a high volume store, but they’re always very kind.

Very nice place, and good customer service. Prices are at a reasonable level, and the pharmacists were pretty helpful.

Picked up some eye drops here via drive through. It was quick and easy. What more can I say.

Nice place for pharmacy shopping

There’s an extremely pleasant man working the register almost daily here and props to him for carrying the store but the pharmacists here are really snappy and intimidating to the point Inliterally get anxiety asking for my sudafed. There’s a newer girl who helped me the last time and she is super friendly though so that made my say. End of the day I get it though the job is high pressure. I just wish they were all nice

I have been shopping there for 15 years+, over all they are good employees. Human make mistake onse a while but that does not reflect who they are all the time.
Over allGood service nice people. I apreciate there service.

Jennifer stop being so offended about every thing your post dose not represent this CVS as a whole or the company if you were that offended stop being so lazy and find the right person to make your complaint to thanks

Just like other CVS locations, didn't find anything different but service was just OK

Friendly Service

I often stop here to buy fake nails. Each pack costs like $8-12, and today they had them locked up behind security tags that said “ask sales associate.” I don’t want to have to bother an employee every time I want to buy something as cheap and stupid as fake nails, so I am going to shop at target instead.

Consistently get bad customer service in the pharmacy line. At best they seem annoyed and inconvenienced, at worst they are actually hostile and dismissive. Was told today that it is “my personal responsibility” to deal with the fact that they didn’t have my prescription on time due to missing information after that they made no attempt to get the information from either myself or my doctor. Flat out refused to help me problem solve at the window, completely dismissing me and telling me they were too busy to help me and I needed to leave. If they are really so busy that they cannot solve customer service issues then they need to hire more people or fire those that do not have the capacity to deal with things as they come up.

In their defense, and the only reason this has two stars and not one is when I asked to speak to the actual pharmacist she was not dismissive and actually very helpful and I ended up being able to leave with my prescription.
