i stop by almost every other day before dusk for the discounted Bang energy drink deal. thought I’d ought to leave something considering how outdated these reviews concerning the management here but every experience I’ve had with the employees here has been beyond pleasant. shout out the the older gentleman (he seems like the manager) who comped my purchase and always greets me with a smile, as well as a newer member of the staff who always compliments my earrings! they make my day and it’s always nice to see someone in a good mood so early in the morning (:

Great service on 6/11/22 @ 11:30 am. Very clean property.

Went to my local gas station to pick up some Gatorade, only to find the doors were close. Called the store to ask why and was rudely answered by someone saying they were in a shift change. I waited the 5 minutes they took to do so and they opened back up. When I went inside, the man working was very rude and said things like "Were you the one that called?" And "you're not from around here, all Duchesse lock the doors for a shift change. The guy behind you knew that." This store needs a management change because the service here is the worst. I won't be going here ever again.

Today I bought an iPhone charger and the price was ridiculous! $18 dollars for such a low quality product, the price was just too marked up, I would understand if it was from Apple but this charger was a cheap knockoff.

Customer service is equivalent to the items waste management picks up everyday, particularly the laziest employee older Neanderthal on 3rd shift. He's as dry a sandpaper, and finds ways to avoid doing any work. Like not stocking, and putting restroom outta service sign on door so he don't do nothing but play on his phone or the work phone. And to add has argued with customers about putting product in empty slots when we can see it thru the refrigerator doors. Will not get gas or shop there ever again myself.

If this is first time I won’t say anything, but it’s happened to me again today. A old “gentleman” yelled out to my face “what u want!”and ABSOLUTELY RUDE! If there a NONE star review I will gladly give.
And it happens again just now, the black "gentleman" is so rude and disrespectful.

Came here at 2:30am after getting off work on thanksgiving the employee was outside sleeping in his car while customers were standing inside waiting for someone to cash them out

Figure out how to keep this place open. Been coming here for 9 years. Closing at 9-10pm is bologna

Employees do not wear masks at all despite city-wide mask mandate. Super gross.

They're literally never open. Just save yourself the time and avoid this location

this duchess is not a very good stores. the customer service is not good from some of the employees. the rewards system is away broke.
