Kroger Marketplace

I had a bag rip and a bottle completely broken. Called Kroger and they completely refunded me. Really awesome customer service, they didn't have to do that because it was just a defective bag, but they did. The manager Eric was super helpful and understood what customer service really is!

Starbucks inside of Kroger..my friend and I visited the Kroger/Starbucks in Graceland shopping center on Dec 19th around 6 pm..and I wanted to tell you about a Starbuck cashier named Heather Cook..she was so sweet and informative..helped me make all the right choices....even let us sampled some of the choices..she knows so much about her craft..I was floored..kudos to Heather..for being a gem..

I like that the parking lot at this location is not a a maze of poorly placed and too numerous cart corrals like at some other locations. I’m not sure there is a lot of utility in their huge clothing and home goods sections... by overall it’s a good store with a nice sized natural section.

Always good service here. We do our main shopping here because of the great selection.

This place is huge and always busy during the day, it seems, but I never seem to experience the long wait times to check out that I do at other locations. The real reason I stop here, even though it's not the closest Kroger to home, is that they stock kiddie carts--kid sized grocery carts meant for kids to push, not ride in. This makes shopping with my 5 year old actually kind of fun. She takes her job so seriously and it keeps her engaged instead of whining or wandering.

Jared was helpful and the other staff I asked for help were too! The store had everything I needed except corn beef brisket!

Please kiss your diet goodbye, and get the tuxedo cake and/or the chocolate cake. They melt in your mouth. Not at all overly sweet, but flavorful, rich, and stinkin' awesome.
Here I am again with a diet buster. Private Selection Chocolate Ganache ice cream. You want this more than you know 😏. Rich, rich, rich chocolaty goodness that is like a custard or a pudding. Let it get soft before digging in so you don't break your wrist on the deliciousness.

Yesterday [10-8-2022], I briefly visited the Kroger Marketplace at 199 Graceland Blvd. in the Graceland Shopping Center because I had been thinking that they might have available for sale a much-wanted item that I had not been able to find at any of the places where I usually shop [and also had not been able to find at several new-to-me places where I had never before shopped].

I had been at the Graceland Shopping Center yesterday for completely unrelated reasons; that Kroger Marketplace had been directly across the parking lot from where I had most recently been so I decided to visit there briefly before moving on to my next destination.

For the past several weeks, I have been wanting to purchase a backup "handheld mirror" [a two-sided four-inch-diameter mirror with a handle that has different magnifications on each side] similar to the many-years-old "handheld mirror" that I have been using at my home for many years.

I found the well-illuminated "Beauty" section [where I have learned to look for handheld mirrors]; a helpful staff member [who had been stocking nearby shelves in that section] directed me to the appropriate location; there had been many handheld mirrors -- exactly like I had been looking for -- hanging from a hook.

That item had been "buy-one-get-one-free" yesterday so I bought two of them, put them into my backpack, and then quickly was on the way to my next destination.

My time yesterday afternoon had been quite limited but I am extremely glad that I had spent twelve minutes at the Kroger Marketplace at 199 Graceland Blvd.

I have never before visited such a large Kroger store; maybe I will return there at some point in the future when I have more time to look around.

Always greeted with super friendly staff, and they have plenty of sanitizing stuff for the carts. I can usually find what I want. One criticism: the online ordering makes you choose a time to pick up groceries and that is not convenient for me. Anyway, 5 stars because customer service is greatly appreciated

Big shout out to DeaJnay in the bakery! I stopped in at 8am to pick up a Birthday cake for a co-worker and her favorite was not on the shelf. DeaJnay generously offered to size and ice a cake for me while I waited. Thank you DeaJnay for great customer.service and for being an all around awesome person. Very much appreciated!!😊

I was in this Kroger last night after running errands. Since having moved to Columbus 3 years ago, all of the Kroger's I've been to have been very challenging to say the least, however this Kroger exceeded my expectations. The entire store has been well maintained, fully stocked and the service in all department's was superb. Casey the Supervisor was the clerk who checked-me-out and provided excellence in service. She was efficient, professional and truly cares about the customer experience. Casey hit all points of service with ease and understands what it means to be a true professional. In addition to Casey, there was and elderly lady (hope that's not offensive) who pleasantly bagged me groceries who was just as pleasant and professional as well. Both of these, especially Casey should be commended for their service and acknowledged as ambassador's for the Kroger brand. It's a shame that the other stores in the local area don't have a Casey. As a result of her service, I will be driving a few extra miles to this Kroger because of these two women to receive the appreciation that a customer deserves. Great job ladies, you rock!

4/12/22..... No more masks required! Prices are off the top gesh it stinks grocery shopping these days 🤑🤑🤑

10/22/21....Masks are required now 😷 We got our booster shots at the pharmacy!! We didn't have any problem finding all the groceries that we needed ☺

Back today 6/10/21 alot has changed mask required if not fully vaccinated. Store hours for Liquor store have changed as well as guidelines for valid ID. Awesome customer service we still love this store!! 👍😀

Great store, really clean, helpful, friendly service especially Terri she's usually in the self check out area, Rita in the dairy dept & Patty in the bakery dept. You can find just about anything from food, clothing, shoes, home accessories and jewelry ☺

For two years now Nina has been helping me with my groceries from the store to my car. As a disabled person this has been a major positive impact on my experience at this store. When i don’t see her i struggle bc literally no one else bothers helping me load my groceries. I hope she gets a fat raise in pay bc she truly deserves it. I hope you know how valuable she is.

Gail from the Floral department and Tailor from the front end are the reason this store is 5 star. Their upbeat attitudes and the amount of time they gave my wife and I to make sure we got exactly what we need was perfect.

Kroger has great produce, butchers, and deli. You can't go wrong here, prices are great, lots of deals! Don't let people talk you into believing Wal-Mart has the best deals. It's often times because they have companies prepackage the items to a smaller size so the deals look more attractive than they actually are. Try Kroger instead, much more customer friendly!

That's odd..... everyone at the store is beyond respectful to me. Matter of fact, this is the store I come to BECAUSE of how kind everyone is. They also have more stock than other stores. Right on, Graceland. I'll definitely be back regularly.
