Live Fit Gym • Polk Street

Have been going to this gym over a year now. Love how it is never too crowded, staff always friendly, and good music. It’s clean & I already think it’s awesome, even more awesome: they are remodeling the entire gym this month!!! I’m so excited. The gym manager Daniel is great and helped me sign up last year - very glad I joined Live Fit! Love my Polk st location.

Excellent gym. I’ve had a couple quick questions I’ve emailed the manager Daniel with and he was very courteous and professional. I notice there’s a consistent amount of equipment upgrades that keep occurring and the place seems to be kept clean :) Great neighborhood gym!

One of the best gyms I've been a part of! It feels very boutique as there aren't a ton of members. You can always get the machine you want. The hours 6 - 11pm are also great! Very convenient location on Polk in Nob Hill.

I also have to give a shoutout to the manager, Daniel Liu, who created a welcome and community focused environment from the day I visited to over a year of membership. He also said hi to me and even gave me tips on form. I may have moved from San Francisco but I'll still hold my LiveFit experience close to me

Look no further for a great neighborhood gym, spot’s perfect. Great equipment selection, clean, members and trainers keep good care of it too. Manager, Daniel, super helpful — runs a great club.

Good simple gym for working out. Friendly staff are helpful. I also had signed up for a personal trainer, Paul, who was great. I will keep my membership.

During my 3 month stay in SF, livefit was one of my favorite places. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the equipment is well maintained. Membership is decently priced and the gym is easily accessible if you live in the nob hill area. Absolutely loved this place!

I moved to SF a few months ago and reluctantly began my quest for the "right" gym. I am so happy that I stumbled upon Live Fit!! This gym has everything I want equipment-wise (treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, free weights, machines, floor space for mat work, etc.), the staff is incredibly friendly (and knowledgable), and it's the perfect size (small enough that I never feel overwhelmed; big enough that there's hardly ever a wait for equipment). If you're debating whether or not to join, you can workout for free your first time there. Time it so you come during one of the small group training classes for extra oomph! Live Fit is awesome. I have zero reservations about recommending this gym.

Live Fit Gym is actually super nice. There were tons of machines to choose from and the equipment was super nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, the place was clean which was the most important for me. ENJOY!

Everyone is so nice and we LOVE Jeremiah. By far the best trainer I’ve had in the city. My fiancé and I take a class here with him and he pushes us to be better AKA kills us, but in a good way. We come back every week because of him.

I've been a member of this gym since May, and the quality of the machines and facilities has only improved. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming as well

The location is super convenient for me. The hours at this location are great. I can hit the gym when it isn't staffed. Sometimes, I have it all to myself! It is small, but has everything I need.
