My product came as described and within a few days of ordering. I will order from Blackwells again. So excited to find a reputable business to purchase Bourbon from online.

Not gonna lie, I was hesitant to order any kind of spirit online, especially being an out of state buyer. This place is legit! They have my business for days, weeks, months to come!

Very skeptical in the beginning when I found out they can ship liqour to TEXAS on their website. After reading some of the reviews I take the risk of order online and get it ship to TEXAS. Yes this is a legitimate website/online liquor store. Package came in very well packed, they care about their product and customer. 5 stars

I have made three separate order through Blackwells and have been more than satisfied each time. They professionally pack each bottle and include any brand bottle boxes (Redbreast, etc.), nicely folded as well. I appreciate this, as some selections in my orders are intended as gifts. I have never had a problem with any order, and I will continue to do business with them in the future.

I recently purchased some rare items from them. Everything shipped out and was received timely. I had to reroute FedEx because I got stuck on a trip and had no issues doing that with fedex. This is my 2nd time ordering all the way from East Coast and it was packaged securely and everything arrived as expected. No complaints and pleased with service.

Recently purchased a highly allocated Bourbon from Blackwells website. Yes, it is priced at secondary market pricing (but for me it's worth it to pay extra to not have to hunt down hard to find bottles). One of the biggest positives for me is that Blackwells doesn't put an insane upcharge on shipping costs like most online liquor retailers. I was also very impressed that they shipped out my bottle the same day that I ordered it. Order was placed on a Thursday and I received it Monday morning. The bottle was packaged very well. After looking at and considering dozens of online liquor retailers, this will be my go to!

Best prices I've found for shipping hard to find liquors. Must place $300 order for free shipping, but arrives consistently in 1 week. Some 1 Star reviews list some concerning customer service practices, but my experience has been all Positive. Quick response to messages. However, I'm glad I didn't wait for an update, message, or newsletter about product availability I was wanting, or I would have missed it again. I was told "later in the week," and I kept checking and searching the website daily until I was able to order. Safe, secure packaging. They don't promise 100% cosmetically perfect boxes, but I wasn't concerned about presentation anyway, just undamaged bottles. I would definitely recommend and order from again.

I recently ordered two bottles of bourbon that I can't find anywhere else. My order arrived quickly and in great shape. I will be ordering from Blackwell's again!

I ordered a pretty rare bourbon earlier in the year, with all of this Covid craziness I missed the delivery and wasn’t able to pick up the delivery at the FedEx drop off point before it was sent back to Blackwells. I called Blackwells and asked to have it resent to me, but they told me new restrictions made it so they couldn’t ship to my area, so they gave me a refund. About 2 months later, I get a call from Blackwells, as it turns out, they can ship to my area again, and they remembered that I still wanted my bourbon. They set one aside for me, and asked if I wanted it resent to me. What great customer service!! I was able to get the bourbon just in time to give it to my father in law for his birthday. I’ll be a Blackwells customer for life now:)

I just received my order from Blackwell’s. I’m very pleased it was early (a part of a Valentine’s Day gift). The packaging was awesome no damage. The ordering process was super easy. I order a bottle of salted caramel crown royal, after not being able to find it anywhere (out of season). Blackwell’s was a life saver. This was my first time ordering online, and I will definitely be doing it again! 😄

Fantastic Experience! I ordered a gift for my son-in-law from Blackwell's and the whole process went off without a hitch! I live in Colorado and was having trouble locating a specific whiskey locally. I searched the internet and came across Blackwell's. I read some of the reviews and felt comfortable with placing my order. I placed the order over the weekend and my package was delivered in under a week. Packaging was perfect and the whiskey arrived safely. Price was VERY good. Would definitely recommend purchasing from Blackwell's. Kinda makes me wish I lived in San Francisco - they would be on my list of favorites!

In this day and age it's difficult to trust anyone, especially an on line retailer. I took a gamble from Miami and placed my first order. I must say, I now will ONLY ORDER FROM BLACKWELL'S. They are truly authentic, they CARE. After several orders I can honestly say, I read their recommendations and order with confidence. They promptly and professionally pack each order as if it was their own. Pricing is MORE THAN FAIR with freight included. They don't know me and treat me like family, what else can I say. I had placed an order without paying much attention and later realized the shipping was more expensive than the bottle. I emailed as soon as I noticed to inquire about canceling the order. Gary was more than accommodating and understanding and made sure my order was successfully canceled. Great customer service!

This isn't my first purchase from Blackwell's and it's definitely not my last. Every order has arrived quickly (despite carriers' delays due to covid-19), safely and for a good price.

When the state-run liquor stores were shut down in PA, no one knew how long it would last. Once that one month mark hit, we were out of some staples. I ran across Blackwell’s online and decided to take a chance on successful, unbroken-bottle-delivery from CA. Prices were very slightly higher than buying locally, which was the only “complaint” I’d have (but really - I have none).

They didn’t disappoint. In about a week I had everything I ordered, with one substitution that they were very thoughtful to call and discuss with me. Everything arrived very well-packed and in one piece. Got some hard to find stuff, like AO Vodka and premium (not green) Creme de Menthe. I may order again even after things reopen here, as they have some interesting finds I know I won’t see in PA. Thanks, Blackwell’s!!

So happy to have found this place willing to hurdle the latest state-specific alcohol laws and ship to Michigan! Great updated selection of bourbons / whiskeys. They do an amazing job packing/shipping quickly and the prices are very reasonable, including free shipping if you spend $300+.
