Park Branch Library

can’t believe i took a year to come here. One of the only and best places to get work done in the neighborhood- wifi, outlets, usually table space- and you dont even need to get a coffee! It closes at the reasonable and humane time of 6pm. Hurray!

one downside is the tables are very high vs the chairs so i found it hard to type ergonomically. the setup is more conducive to reading. or for the relatively tall (i’m 5’4”).

always love my libraries in principle and im so grateful for this one specifically

I love this library. It’s clean, nice light, looks like they have lots of stuff although I haven’t checked anything out. Everyone is welcome at the library and that is my favorite thing about it :) not the quietest place but I like studying there still!

just needed a place to charge my phone close by the golden gate park. super chill and quiet. (a lot of plugs at the desks)

It's a small library but it's in my neighborhood and has great services so it seems just right. Larger libraries like the main library are just a train right away. I often come here to pick up books or DVDs which have been transferred from other branches. This is really easy and and excellent service.

I also appreciate that they will frequently have suggested books, programs, and other cool offerings.

This library doesn't have a large selection of books. What it lacks in books, however, it makes up for in ambience. It is quiet little place that feels like going back in time. The homeless people using the toilet are a nuisance, but that's life.

I don't remember much about the library but on September the 1st 1988 I sat on those steps a broken addicted Man and had an experience with the Lord Jesus Christ which has changed my life. It didn't solve all of my problems but it's the best thing that ever happened to me.

Libraries are an invaluable resource and this branch exemplifies why despite its small size the place was packed with adults enjoying the media as well as children doing their homework in another section. There are computers and free WiFi, CDS, DVDS, and even LPS something for everyone. I picked up tax forms for my friend who still files by paper. Everyone is welcomed even those seeking refuge from the continuous wet weather the last few weeks. Staff is friendly as well.

Clean and staff is great. Worth noting that it's not very quiet given the size of the space, plus the music/activities they occasionally have there. So if you're looking for a place to focus this may not be it.

I really very much appreciate library close to home , plus staff is helpful and friendly so overall 5 stars from me !

Great library with friendly staff! I mostly just go to pickup books Ive requested online so great because of the location.

Had a quick visit to get my card, right as they opened on a Saturday. It was quiet, not crowded, and the staff was helpful.

You might find this library small but it’s still pretty neat.
