Modamas Fine Painting

From the estimate to scheduling and completion, I am extremely happy. My house, front and back, was in dire need of necessary repair and refresh. Raleigh was knowledgable and communicative throughout the entire process; I had a lot of moving parts to complete before painting could begin and they worked with me through each: stair repair, window replacement, etc. The crew, helmed by Carlos, went above and beyond: helpful, conscientious and the utmost attention to details. Did I mention communication? Daily reports and updates - outstanding. They also assisted with the complex paint placement for my 1900 Victorian. And, I mean, I may be biased, BUT IT LOOKS GORGEOUS. Just an absolutely fantastic job. I tell everyone and I'm telling you. Use them!!

After interviewing different paint companies to paint our 110+ year old home, we knew Modamas Fine Painting was it for us. Raleigh Thompson, the project leader, was so excited that he had the opportunity to paint our house, that I knew he was the one to do it, From start to finish, his communication was on point. I had no worries throughout the process. He let me know where in the process we were and where we needed to go. We are very very satisfied the care his whole team showed to us and our house. Needless to write, the our house has never looked better!!!

Our 1880s victorian needed restoration after so many years of paint layered upon paint. I received estimates from several places where they would restore down to the wood and Modamas had the best options. I was a nervous client, as I've never had such a big job for any property and they held my hand from paperwork, understanding the options, the contract and business side of things, through picking colors and advising on what would be best (not just what benefits them, but what colors last longest, what would look dirtiest and might be best avoided, adding colors onto the contract once I decided I NEEDED the additional gold). Communication was solid, with daily reports, and utmost consideration for my neighbors and neighborhood was visible every day. The whole team was very respectful and considerate. At the end of the day, my place is gorgeous and has inspired me to start even more changes inside and outside.

I am not usually big on reviews, but the fact that there's only one negative one for Modamas needs counterbalance. I have used Modamas for years. Everyone of their people has been thoughtful, courteous, and professional. The quality of the work has been very good, on time and budget. I will continue to use them.
