I have been training with Rahsaan for the past 8 months and it has been a game changer for me. I have always been an athlete and I enjoy tough workouts but with Rahsaan, it’s another level. I love how much he can push me but the best part is his knowledge and creativity for the works. During your workout, you have his undivided attention and focus and he will ensure you always have proper technique and form. It turns out I had been doing lunges wrong for 20 years!! He won’t let you slack so be prepared for possibly the hardest 50 minutes of your life but accomplishing amazing things! I love his energy, intensity and how much he cares for his clients. I highly recommend Rahsaan as your personal trainer and coach!!

Rahsaan is awesome! He's a great trainer who takes the time to listen and see where you're at, tailor the workout to you and your goals, and work with you to get to where you want to be. He worked closely with me to find a frequency and a time slot that worked with my schedule and is very responsive if I need to move or reschedule a workout. His gym is clean, organized, extremely well equipped, and has a great atmosphere. And most of all, the workouts are killer! I have learned so many new exercises and my form is improving with every session. Rahsaan takes my previous back injury into account when creating each workout and I can tell he's strengthening areas that will help me avoid injury in the future. I really look forward to eqch workout and I'm stronger than I've ever been.

I am fairly new to Team Rahsaan Fitness and 1:1 workouts with Rahsaan. It took very little time to recognize Rahsaan as one of the most talented, experienced and committed trainers in the area. Rahsaan is focused on helping me achieve my personal fitness goals through custom workout plans which include a holistic approach to fitness. He makes every session challenging yet positive and, dare I say, fun.

I’ve spent the last three years preparing and recovering from surgeries which led to an avoidance and a ton of anxiety surrounding the gym. Rahsaan is absolutely changing that for me and helping me get my life back together. He has an endless source of knowledge and I am learning SO MUCH each session. His energy is infectious and keeps you motivated, inside and outside his gym. Rashaan is a phenomenal human being who makes me want to do better.

I have had back issues for the past 10 years and that kept me off training all this time. When I started training with Rahsaan I was naturally skeptical if I would be able to pull it off. But Rahsaan's immense experience, planning and infectious energy made it possible. He created a meticulous plan where every session involved back strengthening exercises. Now after a month of training I have never felt more confident in past 10 years.

I was introduced to TRF by my personal trainer at the time, Alex, and did a 12 week strength program with him. I really appreciated the small studio vibes, good music, and kind and helpful atmosphere.

I’ve also been taking HIIT and circuit classes on the other side of the gym. It’s fun, upbeat, quick-paced, and a hard workout every time. Between the music, lights, and fog, I feel like I’ve gone to the club minus the hangover lol.

Rahsaan, the owner and instructor, is full of energy, encourages class-goers, and is also easy on the eyes 😉

In the ~6 months I’ve been training there, I’ve lost 9 or 10lbs! Now with the new format, there’s something for everyone with treadmills, rowers, bikes, skiers, and weights!

I recently joined Team Rahsaan Fitness and I must say, it has been a great experience so far. One of the main reasons for my positive experience is Coach Rahsaan. His passion for fitness is truly inspiring, and his knowledge and expertise have greatly helped me improve my workouts. The classes at the gym are nothing short of motivating. Each session is designed to push you to your limits while keeping you engaged and motivated throughout. Coach Rahsaan’s energy and enthusiasm is contagious, making every class an enjoyable experience. Regardless of your fitness level or body type, everyone is welcomed with open arms.
Overall, I can’t recommend this gym enough. If you are looking for a place to challenge yourself and feel motived, this gym is definitely the place to be.

Met Rahsaan at the beginning of June and couldn’t be any happier! Since day one he has overloaded my brain and habits into becoming a discipline and committed customer.
Rahsaan is beyond knowledgeable and oh so very helpful in giving me feedback and detailed science facts. Every time I set foot in his studio I’m not only excited to get a good work out but also excited to learn more about the body. I have learned so many things, things that no other personal trainer has ever taught me. His sense of humor makes the session go by even faster.

So happy I found him! This has been by far the best experience, time and investment ever! I’m beyond happy to have found Team Rahsaan he is an incredible instructor.

I've made more progress with Rahsaan in 3 months than with any other trainer I've had (~4 others), as he's nailed the perfect balance between high energy pumping you up and tough love. His knowledge of fitness and nutrition is encyclopedic, as is the equipment in his gym, which gives him an endless repository of novel workouts for you so it never gets too repetitive. Highly recommended.

I’ve been training with Rahsaan for a little over two weeks now, and plan on sticking with him for months to come. He is a phenomenal personal trainer. His workouts are comprehensive and challenging, and consistently feel designed (and tweaked on-the-fly!) to fit my current skill-level while pushing for improvement. His teaching style is clear, patient, and flexible. I appreciate that he skill-checks me on things we’ve done before, and gives me time to attempt a movement on my own before correcting me. He seems like the kind of trainer that is in it to teach self-sufficiency, which I love. He pushes at all the right times, helping me get extra reps in, make better effort, and achieve better form. In the two weeks we have trained, I feel happier, stronger, and less stressed. It’s awesome to be back in the gym with such a great instructor.

Personality-wise, he brings the hype. His enthusiasm is contagious, and as he and I have gotten to know each other, jokes and laughter have started to creep into our sessions. He’s a good guy who is going to make you feel good about showing up and giving it your all.

Highly recommend TRF to anyone looking to get back into their routine. Rahsaan will get you there.

Can’t speak highly enough of Rahsaan!! I step into the gum and he has fire music playing and getting me in the right mindset for an incredible workout.

More than that, he’s supportive, passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. With all the different exercise machines and workouts, you’ll never get bored! I feel so much stronger and more fit than when I started.

My husband and I picked up some bad habits when COVID first hit. Things like drinking wine on a random Tues night or eating ice cream late at night on the couch. I knew I had to do something to get us off this unhealthy hamster wheel. I gifted my husband personal training sessions with Rahsaan and, like I expected, he loved them. I did the same for myself. Rahsaan's customized workouts push our bodies and minds to the max - something I know we both could never do on our own at the local gym. I started training with Rahsaan at the beginning of the year after having failed to establish a healthy training routine by myself. Not having a lot of friends that are interested in training with me, I felt that hiring a personal trainer would help me in understanding the basics of training, establish healthy habits, and being held accountable for my decisions.

I didn't know what to expect from a trainer either - as I've never hired one before. My goal was pretty simple - get back in shape, lose some weight, and be healthy.

When I started with Rahsaan, he was great about not rushing into things. He was realistic and just got me into the habit of training. We trained twice a week for the first month. Following that, once the routine was established, we switched to three times a week to focus on different areas of training - as opposed to trying to fit everything into two sessions per week.

Knowing that my goal was to lose weight, Rahsaan then introduced dieting and offered some simple ideas to follow. Diets can be really involved and having a really high barrier to entry can make it easy for diets to fail. Rahsaan had really great ideas to keep it simple and manageable for someone like me. In that month (my second month of training) - strictly following the diet and Rahsaans program, I was able to lose about 15lbs. Using the scanner that Rahsaan has in his facility, we were able to see how much fat and how much muscle mass had changed with the training. Rahsaan made sure I understood what was happening to my body from the diet and training.

That said, in the two months I was training, I probably learned more about training, dieting than I had ever in the past. I had also established really good habits to keep myself in check. With this understanding, Rahsaan gave me more options based on what was important to me. Did I want to build muscle? Did I want to slim down? He laid out everything, highlighted the pros and cons of each and allowed me to pick what I wanted to do then he would adjust his training to fit.

I can go on, but the point is that training with Rahsaan has been 1000% worth it for me. I feel like I'm on the right path to living healthier but also happier. Rahsaan is high energy - always trying to hype you up. He tries to be funny sometimes (lol) and is also very personable and relatable. I know Rahsaan's always looking out for what's best for me and what I want. The facility is always clean and Rahsaan is always making improvements so that he can do what he needs to do.

If you're thinking about considering Rahsaan, I'd highly recommend it. I'd also just note that you have to do your part to see results. Rahsaan will ask you to do cardio or adjust your diet and those things make a huge difference. Trust the process and you will see results.

I'm a client for almost a year now. Rahsaan is an awesome coach, relentless, energetic, knowledgeable, helpful. The facility is top notch, with all kinds of interesting equipment.
