Rite Aid

Rite Aid at the Roosevelt plaza is a great place to shop for any item you can think of and getting your prescription medicines. Everyone is very polite and will help with a pleasant attitude. I have been a Rite Aid customer since it was Thriftys in the Woodside Plaza…very pleased this store was built after being several grocery stores.

I have been going to the Roosevelt Avenue store for years. The pharmacists, especially Paul, and the pharmacy technicians are responsive, intelligent, helpful, and professional. You never have to wait long for prescriptions. Riteaid has an easy-to-use text-based notification system that notifies you when you need a refill or a medication is ready and allows you to prepay. The clerks at the front cashiers at the front registers are especially friendly and nice. This store has a manager who appears to care about the caliber of people hired, as everyone working there seems so much more customer-service oriented than the drug stores at Sequoia Station, e.g., CVS and Safeway

The young lady (cashier) with a bright smile and helpful voice makes visiting this store peaceful. The store is always cleanly and organized. I live across town but make the trip to this store for the items i need.

Maybe my bar has been set low by the Walgreens I went to for years, but this pharmacy is clean, organized, and the staff behind the counter are ALWAYS helpful. I don’t know why I waited so long to move.

Sometimes the line is long but I can tell the staff is doing the best they can. I know they are still trying to hire more people. I work in retail and I know how hard it is to stand around for eight to nine hours. Especially when you're the only one working it's not like they got to chose their shifts.

The staff is always super friendly towards me and 1 guy in particular cracks me up. The management is always willing to help no matter what project they are working on. I love this place!

Great location, quiet and clean. After battling Walgreens in San Carlos for a year this pharmacy is like a visit to heaven. The pharmacist and staff are long-term employees who are contentious and caring people that look out for patient safety and make sure directions for use are clear. Truly a "Healthcare" mindset and not just a transaction/sales mentality. Helpful and efficient, plus rarely a line or long wait.

Really nice pharmacist, but I have had some small issues with a couple staff members, one of which I believe is no longer there. 20+ minute wait times are the norm here it seams, or at least that’s been my experience.

A typical Rite Aid, except this one is often out of items. I wanted to get some cough medicine and they didn't have any.

Whenever I call I never have to wait very long. Customer service is friendly. Great deals on everything. I've never had an issue being a customer there.

Very friendly staff. The only downside is the other location in Redwood City has a better selection.

They work very hard. Unfortunately most of the time they seem understaffed.
