I thoroughly enjoyed my experience ordering the red velvet custom cakes from SusieCakes - from the customer service to the quick check-in calls to make sure I’m happy with every detail of my custom offer. 10/10 I’d recommend susiecakes because these cakes are beautiful and taste amazing!

Had an x-ray done across the street and noticed this place, first time here and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Ended up ordering a slice of German Chocolate and Coconut cake. Cakes ended up being very delicious and the slices are surprisingly generous and their packaging is excellent. Only regret is not ordering a 3rd slice, will definitely be back bext time I am in the area.

If you don't like delicious treats, friendly people, and good vibes, then don't come here. (Also, if that is you, who are you?!) Susie Cakes is the best cupcakes/cakes ever. I will die on this hill. And I love this location because it's close to work (sometimes you need a mid-day pick-me-up). The staff are always welcoming and friendly. And there are often times that there are people that take up too much time/space in one place, but the staff still handles them politely while catering to the others that know what they want and are ready.

Nice display of desserts. Friendly people behind the counters. Cupcakes looked delicious and out of the five we bought, my favorite ones were the mocha and peanutbutter. The other three were still delicious. It cost about $4 a cupcake and if you need a sugar fix. This is a good place. I will be back for more...

Seriously don’t think someone can find a better cupcake place in sf. If you can let me know, because I could eat dozens of these a week. Every time I pass a Susie’s I kid you not, I get at least 2 cupcakes minimum. My first choice for birthday cakes is always them. The service is A+ and their cupcakes are out of this world.

I don’t eat sweets year round because when January comes around I get their German chocolate cake. It’s probably one of the best desserts I’ve ever had and it’s very much worth it.

This morning, the birthday cake I made rose so much the top stuck to the oven’s top rack ruining the cake. Thankfully I knew just where to go for a crowd-pleasing, scrumptious marble cake. SusieCakes has your back!

Clean and friendly staff..cupcakes not overly sweet..just the right balance. Special strawberry rose! Delicious with bits of strawberry!

Cake and cookies are absolute fire. If you hate your waistline/pancreas but love sweets made sure to stop here.

Same taste as always! I really like red velvet cake. But after covid they are not selling slides of it, anyways I have bought the whole cake lol.

This location used to have parking available.

Pre-ordered delivery of the 6-inch summer berry cake for my dads birthday a couple of hours before open on a Friday. Cake was delivered on time and made it up to guerneville without melting bc it was chilled so well. Popped it in the fridge for the next day and it was still super fresh and delicious.

I usually shun sweets because I prefer savory. However, this place.....OMG. We had their cupcakes at work and they looked so rich that helped myself to a half. I could not stop and quickly retrieved the other half. It was some kind of cheesecake cupcake with a dollop of strawberry sauce on top. We had left overs and the next day, I had another. I don't know what flavor it was but it was a vanilla like batter that had surprise icing in the middle. I love to have a bite of icing with cake in every bite. Their pastries are truly decadent.

Susie Cakes is a favorite and a must, whenever we get a chance. Rich, dense cake with sweet buttercream frosting. You'll know what I mean, when you feel the weight of the cakes as you pick up your order!

Great cupcakes at $4 each but so delicious. The cakes are pretty without being over decorated and will be on my next cake list to sample. The staff is very friendly.

Nice clean space. Bigger than marina location. Probably best consistent cakes in the city. Best frosting by far. Cakes are moist!
