PRO: PHARMACY STAFF: excellent.
CON: VERY, VERY Busy so there can be a wait in line and to reach them by phone.

Pharmacy staff are amazingly kind and helpful, patient and generous with their time taking calls and answering questions; they are supportive, help navigate obstacles, explain steps to take to resolve issues they can’t fix.

At the end of 2023, there was a glitch in the phone system, and they were short staffed, so it was nearly impossible to reach them by phone.
However, as always, they remained generous and patient when you did get through.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens and I'm very glad they're here. The employees are always very nice and extremely helpful. They're up and down the isles unlocking cabinets so we can purchase the things we need. This store like so many others has been targeted by thieves and that puts the employees in danger and makes their jobs so much harder. There were security guards for a short time and I must admit, I felt better about the guards being there. For everyone's safety and to hopefully reduce the shoplifting. WE NEED THIS STORE TO STAY OPEN! Management: Please bring the guards back and do whatever you need to do to keep the shoplifters from targeting our store.

Although at times the pharmacy staff seems overwhelmed by the volume of prescriptions and customer demand Eugenia has been an outstanding member of their team. I've been touched by the genuine kindness of the pharmacy group and especially by hers.

5 stars for Walgreens employees. But 0 stars for Chesa Boudin & London Breed, who failed them.

Yet another retail store and critical neighborhood fixture destroyed by awful politics. Prop 47 needs to go and Boudin has to do his job or be recalled. And no amount of fake statistics they push can hide the problem anymore

This pharmacy is the best!! I called in a prescription for a family member that is a new drug that just hit the market last year. I couldn’t find any other Walgreens in the city that carried this medication but found it here. After I called it in, the pharmacist had it ready for me in 15 minutes! When I went to pick it up, the pharmacist was super friendly. I wish I lived close to this pharmacy.

The staff is consistently helpful and professional. They are OK with skateboarding through the isles. There is quick service here and lines aren't typically too long.

The people who run this store are the BEST. Doesn’t matter what you looking for, they will go true basement and wearhouse to get it for you. I like this Walgreens a lot , but the crew and management make the store run . Smooth

Helpful staff

Solid Walgreens location, helpful staff, good pharmacy. Not the biggest location, but they stay open pretty late and generally have what you need.

After being sent to this location from the Clement street closings, I can never get them to answer the phone when trying to call about my prescriptions, they seem to always be out of one or two of my meds . Then I get a text My medication is ready I get there to find out none are ready after waiting in a long line with my walker after a knee replacement.and I also now need to wait 3 days for them to order my meds after them telling me . Two day before they were ready for pickup.
