Our experience from beginning to end was perfect. We did a whole house replacement of our floors. Our project was on time and handled professionally and flawlessly. This is our third project and we would highly recommend them.

Only great things to say about Matt and his crew from Rockwood. Matt helped me plan a within-budget kitchen refresh. They installed floors, countertop and backsplash in my kitchen. Everything was done well, and right on time -- they were able to give me exact install dates for each thing a month ahead of time, which made planning really easy. Matt was really helpful and very responsive all the way through the process, checking in at each stage. Looking forward to working with Rockwood again in the future! (Photos including a before -- Rockwood did the new floor/countertop/backsplash; I did wall & cabinet painting/lighting myself.)

Matt and his team are wonderful to work with. From my very first phone call, Matt worked with me on a very personal manner from taking me to the countertop place and assisting in my choosing of a beautiful countertop choice, to setting up measuring and installation times. He constantly was checking in with me about my order and then made a follow up call to see if I was happy after the countertop was installed. The whole process was flawless and I would definitely do business with him and also recommend him to my friends.

We had our floors and then kitchen counters and backsplash done by Rockwood. We worked with Matt both times. Matt is hands down the most professional and reliable individual I have ever met. When he says something will be done, it gets done! My floors are absolutely gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier! Our back splash and counters are stunning! Rockwood was referred to me by a neighbor and I'm so glad I got the recommendation. Start to finish - the process was painless for us as the customer, AND affordable. Matt was incredibly responsive and very easy to deal with (no pushy sales approach) - straightforward, direct, transparent, helpful. The installer Mike was equally as lovely. Quick but thorough, and so detail oriented. Had tiny scissors he used to meticulously blend the carpet seam, and even did several passes of cleaning and vacuuming to ensure our room was "ready to use" the second he left. (and he was patient with our insane dogs). HIGHLY recommend Rockwood for any flooring needs you have.

Excellent team and company. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the area for flooring. Brian and his installers were so friendly and easy to work with. We'll definitely be hiring them back when we get around to doing the second half of our house.

"We needed to replace the flooring as part of a whole-house renovation and were confused about available options and related costs. To make matters worse, the concrete slab on which the floor was to be placed was uneven. Mark took the time to walk us through the selection process, explained the products best suited to our needs, and after visiting our project, assured us that the installer could handle the challenges of our uneven sub-floor.
