I am so grateful I manifested @livefitgymsf this Season, it is a Wellness Portal of powerful healers. Today, I experienced Magick! Toshiro is one of their amazing massage therapists and he sees total darkness, yet radiates and shares his powerful healing through his massage therapy. My wish is for the world to experience more of his healing because each and everyone’s healing leads to the healing of the world🙏🌏🤲✨

My journey to this wellness portal is Divine Timing, waking in I met Dollie at Mission with her beautiful Purple Lipsticks, her energy was giving, this morning we shared deep convo and I was like Wow! The magick starts the moment I walked in. Then I meet Cassandra and Jen at Castro for my first class and signed up and was super excited that they have Chiropractic Alignment, Acupuncture, and Massage.

Meeting Dr. Katy and experiencing her alignment for the first time literally lit up my Third Eye Chakra, it’s a whole new level of knowing that this is a space that is TRUE ti their name LIVE. FIT. WELLNESS.

My journey with Live Fit Gym began quite unexpectedly. I was passing by, casting curious glances at the facilities, when Andrew, one of the staff members, spotted me from across the road. With an infectious energy and a big, welcoming smile, he waved at me and shouted, "Wanna have a workout?" That moment was the game-changer. Encouraged by his warm gesture, I walked in, took an appointment for two days later, and I've been training here consistently for the past two months.

Andrew and Simon, the coaches, have been exceptional in their roles, fostering a vibrant and energetic environment that inspires you to give your best. Their affable nature, coupled with their professional expertise, ensures that every workout session is not just physically rewarding, but also emotionally uplifting.

I've had the chance to compare Live Fit Gym with four other gyms in the area, some priced twice as high, yet none of them could match the kind of personalized service and care that I've received here. The staff at Live Fit Gym is not just there to assist; they genuinely care about your fitness journey and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and motivated.

If I could, I would give Live Fit Gym an unprecedented 6 out of 5 stars! It’s not just a gym; it's a community, a hub of positivity, and a testament to the fact that a great workout environment is shaped by the people who run it.

Perfect neighborhood gym - this gym has everything you need from cardio and weight equipment. It’s never busy, always clean and the staff is great. We worked with Andrew for our membership and he was wonderful.

I've worked with Coach G at Live Fit Gym for a few months now, and he's helped transform my workout routine completely. He took the time to understand my goals, workouts that are best suited for my body type, and what I enjoy, to create custom training sessions. Would definitely recommend working with him!

The staff at Hayes valley are all incredibly helpful. Dr Katy is a knowledgeable chiropractic doctor who displays patience and understanding for all the issues I’ve brought up with my body since seeing her. She’s recommended various techniques to maintain good lower back health which has allowed me to continue healing my body after sessions.
Simon who works at the front desk always has a cheerful expression on his face which makes returning to Livefit memorable and warm. Booking sessions for chiropractic care feels reassuring easy because of this amazing team.

This gym is exactly what you're looking for. Not too busy (even during that post 5pm rush hour), really clean, & the staff is great. David makes it seem like you're part of the fam and has built a community that got me to sign up. He has a great vibe every single day and never forgets a name. I will def recommend to friends and make sure I sign up again when i'm back in SF.

It’s a basic neighborhood gym. Employees are friendly, gym is clean, and has everything I need.

My issue is with billing. They are quick to take money and slow to let you use the facilities.

I paid for start date of Jan 14th and was told I could not use the gym until Jan 17th or whenever the card payment posts (banking could take 5-7 days and it’s a holiday).

Update:
Finally spoke to someone who knew how to fix the situation. Am happy with the guy who helped me.

Person on the phone didn’t know what she was doing and offered very little help for a solution.

Billing issues need to be fixed in person.

This is the best gym I’ve ever joined. I’ve moved around from city to city - always joining a nearby gym for the early morning workout session. This gym gives you a keycard to gain entry as early as 5 am. They have great equipment- both free weights and machines. Plenty of kettlebells and squat racks as well as cardio machines. There are options for everything. One of the best things though is the in house chiropractor and massage therapists. It’s great to get a quick adjustment, learn some stretching techniques, or get a great massage to help those sore muscles. I had a credit from before the pandemic that I had forgotten about. I booked a massage and chiro and expected to be charged, but when I asked, they used the credit I had. A lot of gyms would’ve just charged me since I forgot but these guys were great. I can’t say enough about the staff and trainers- they are there to help you in any way they can.

Great gym, nice size and never too busy in the mornings. The main trainer is super friendly and everyone who goes is courteous and cleans up after themselves. Highly recommended! I do wish the music choice would switch up, just a thought...

I love this gym. It’s very clean, the staff is over-the-top nice, The equipment is up-to-date. They offer a chiropractic services, acupuncture and massage. It always smells good. The music is not to allow her and not too quiet, and the mixed are good. Shout out to Alan, the nicest trainer!

Had the best experience ever as soon as I walked Udoka greeted me at front door and introduced my to the gym then Fatimah then gave me a tour of the establishment I was very impressed with the facilities!
