We just moved in here from California! Gennoa was our leasing consultant and she was very kind and accommodating, she did everything she could to help us get the best deal! We couldn’t make it until Sunday, and thought we would have to stay in a hotel for a night but she was able to leave the keys in the apartment for us! It was great. The neighbors are very friendly and the apartment is nice with great amenities

I made a post on here about 2 years ago. And guess what! I am still in the same apartment. I had to come back and write another review, because I honestly am so surprised at how many bad reviews this place gets. I have just signed my 6th year lease here. I have not once had a bad experience. That would be at any fault of anyone working or maintaining this place. The apartments are not brand new. And renters aren’t always nice to places they rent. So not everything is brand new, but I will say I’ve experienced my share of things happening here, problems with my kitchen sink flooding, a leak in the ceiling of my bathroom, Ants in the spring/summer. Sometimes when I call to report these things I may not get an answer. But I always go into the office when I have an issue, and they are busy helping others. That’s why they might not answer. But every issue I’ve had they are quick to fixing it! There is one maintenance guy who has been here for pretty much the whole time I’ve been here and he is the best and so helpful. A year ago, in February my heat went out. And I called them after hours, they came and looked at it. And had to call a company to come fix it. And although they weren’t able to get them to come out that night. The maintenance brought me over space heaters to use. There’s never really crime or anything here. I’ve always felt completely safe living here. And it’s quite nice. The only things I can say that would be complaining is, people that live here drive way to fast through the complex, where there are always kids playing. The potholes have gotten bad this year. They do every year. We live in Utah. There are potholes everywhere. But they will get them filled up. They always do. I’ve seen different faces and people in the office over the years, but I will say that from what I’ve seen to the property over the past few months this team is doing great things and I love the things they are doing with their monthly news letter. They are keeping up the property well. So before blaming the team that works here for how it looks, or whatever I would say think of how many people live here and just don’t care . There is so many apts here and that the amount of people that work here on site is just a fraction. If you’re looking for a good place to live. This has been a great place for me to call home for going on 6 years now. (:

Came in looking for a 1 bed apartment and Kyle was very helpful in giving me information on how to get started. Kyle helped me throughout the whole process and made everything super easy. Other than that the management team has been very nice and helpful in getting all my questions answered and needs attended to.

Sometimes you never know what you’re getting into when you move into an apartment complex, but I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this property! From the start I had many questions due to bad experiences with my previous apartment, but CJ was able to calm any worries I had and she was extremely professional and informative! It feels good to be able to call this place home and I’m excited to be a resident here.

I came and looked at these apartments to find a home for my family. I toured with the property manager Cj and she was absolutely amazing, thorough and knowledgeable. She showed us all of the awesome amenities Like their dog park, my dog is going to go nuts!!! thank you Cj, I cant wait to move in.

Gennoa has been so informative and responsive during my application process. CJ has also been an amazing help and an amazing manager. I am so excited for my move and to be apart of this amazing community!!! They also have so many amenities and great prices

This place has become great since new management. They seem to be on top of everything!! Nice and affordable apartment rentals.

I’m really surprised at the reviews on here. This place has been a wonderful place to call home. I have lived here since 2019, and I am now getting ready to sign for another year lease. Last year they went under new management and I am so impressed with their service. I have had a few maintenance issues that previous management never got fixed and when I went in to tell them I wanted to resign my lease I gave them a lengthy list of things I wanted fixed. Literally the same day someone came and fixed most of them. Some are a little more complex, but I have no doubt I will see those resolved. I am never late on rent, but one month I just knew I would be past the grace period. I called and explained to them my situation, they worked with me so I wouldn’t be stuck paying all the crazy fees. There were issues with the mailboxes, in the past I had to pick up my mail at the post office and at the post office they said they have told the complex for years they needed to replace them. Guess what, they are brand new under this new management. They have been replacing all the toilets, and really cleaning up this place. Like I said I have lived here for years now, Ive never witnessed any crime or any issues. I feel safe and I have a great place to live! I highly recommend them to Anyone looking for a place!

Maintenance guy's are the best they are hard working and fast at helping you they are the best and they are so cool and polite and they don't give up on a job they are doing they are #1

I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years now and I was very impressed with the maintenance visit today! My washer started leaking and it was after hours so I called the emergency line. Gorge answered and said he’d be on his way. Gorge arrived quickly and was very efficient at inspecting the washer to find the issue. He fixed the issue and even helped me with some of the clean up! I am absolutely satisfied with the service.

Super satisfied with the service I have been receiving here. They respond in a quick manner and have so far taken care of everything I have requested help with. I just recently had a scary situation occur and I needed my locks changed at super short notice. Tyler and the rest of the Settlers Point staff and maintence were able to get that taken care for me. I appreciate the support you guys provided for my safety :)

I have lived here for approximately 15 yrs. and I love the location and accommodations with this complex. Settlers Point Apartments is a great place to live! I personally have never had any problems as far as Loud Parties, Problem Neighbors etc. Everyone is so respectful of each other. Any repairs are done quickly, but truly I haven't had many needing to be done. Management has always been willing to help if I have questions etc. Would definitely recommend others to live here. In fact, I have had friends move in. The Apartments are nice. The grounds and outside is clean and the area is quite. It is well worth the rent for the safety and quality of service we get living here! The cost of living is very affordable. The location is great and we can easily access 3 different freeway entrances within 5 minutes. The pet fee is also affordable. The new apartment group has been remodeling apartments that look really new and appealing to live in.

I’ve lived here for about a year now, I am surprised to see some of the reviews. So I thought I would leave one of my experience so far.

The apartments are extremely spacious. Bedrooms are pretty big. You get the stackable washer and dryer included in your rent. They have dishwasher and microwave, two hall closets. These are just the features that surprisingly a lot of apartments don’t include.

My apartment definitely has some flaws to it. When I first moved in the fireplace paint was all chipped. And the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms and some of the walls have holes in them. They said they were going to get these things fixed starting with the fireplace. It hasn’t been done. My bathroom definitely at one point had water damage.

I totally understand though they do have quite a bit of apartments to work on and it probably wasn’t much of a priority, and I know that since then they have different maintenance people here. These apartments have been here for a really long time, so these things do happen over time. But I have no doubt that when I get around to going into the office about these things, I am confident that they will take care of these issues.

I had an issue with my kitchen sink flooding and I had to call the maintenance emergency line on a Saturday they were at my apartment within 10 minutes, they weren’t able to fix it and had to call a plumber. The plumber came to fix it, two weeks later had the same problem, called the emergency line again they were again there within 10 minutes, had a different plumber come in and that was back in November. I haven’t had a problem since! They were responsive in a very timely manner.

I’ve seen posts about drugs and theft, these are unfortunate things to deal with, but I personally have not seen any drug activity or theft, although I don’t doubt these things have happened, but I don’t think it has anything to do with the complex, these are problems that are seen throughout the whole city. I’ve not had any issues with packages, they do have the option to hold packages at the office and you can pick them up there instead of having them left at your doorstep!

My neighbors pretty much keep to themselves, the complex for the most part is pretty quiet. I feel safe where I live and all and all it’s been a pretty enjoyable place to call home! The location is great the price with the amenities are very competitive. If you’re looking in this area it’s definitely worth checking out. I have already signed another year lease. Just keep in mind they aren’t apartments that were just built. They have character to them (:

This place has been absolutely amazing. We have been here a little over 7 months and haven’t had any problems. Our apartment is all updated and the bedrooms are so spacious.
Our neighbors are all friendly and pretty chill. And we have amazing parking! Never any worries about that, which coming into this I was definitely nervous about that. Since a lot of other apartments have limited parking spaces.

An amazing first apartment, or an apartment in general. The leasing office employees are super sweet too, and the maintenance guys are always so happy and friendly. 💙

I have had a great experience with this apartment complex. They were quick to help me move in, quick to resolve the issue when there was a bug problem from my gross neighbor and quick to help any time I needed them. When I moved out, they were very understanding that I lucked into a house and needed to move out sooner than planned. They also are very fair with their move out rates and charges. Lacey and Mariel were a pleasure to deal with. I lived here for 10 months and it was really great. They are renovating everything in a really nice way and the only thing I wish they would change are the difficult mailboxes. Otherwise, great community!

Wow, reading these reviews, it's the complete opposite for us. The move in was super easy and straight to it (just what we needed with our new addition and all). Moving in there were some needs for fixing things, but maintenance comes with a quickness. I mean ants are a problem but do something about it yourself and it won't be. Spray corners down and even outside corners of house. Clean up after yourselves and there will be absolutely no ants at all :) appliances are old but they get the job done. For the pricing and space these apartments have to offer AND parking is awesome. We have no complaints and plan on renewing. So thank you!

Hyman with the maintenance staff was friendly and professional. Fixed my dishwasher in 5 minutes. Thank You so much Kiki jn the management office for the fast service

Honestly the beginning of moving in was a bit hard for we got told different things, there’s definitely some things that could have been done better but overall I do enjoy the apartments and the staff are nice, I really appreciate alejandra though. She has helped the most and is always on top of answering. She understand my frustration which is a very good thing in my eyes and helps in any way she possibly can. She’s a VERY good employee.

I love this place so far. Ali was great to work with. Got me into the apartment I wanted that worked in my time frame. My heat went out and maintenance was there 30 minutes later fixing it. Great parking for guest. The trash valet is nice. No problems with neighbors. Would recommend.
