Whipple Service Champions

Gene was seriously our hero. He was here within an hour on a Sunday morning and had our furnace fixed within 45 minutes ALONG with evaluating all of our appliances and giving us prices on everything. We appreciate his thoroughness! He was so nice and explained everything.
4 other companies claimed "open 24 hours" and we couldn't get ahold of them. These guys mean it!! Call them!

Today, Bill and Austin G. came out to do a thorough inspection on our furnace. They were so kind and informative. They showed us exactly where the problem areas are and the many ways we could address the concerns. They didn’t try to pressure us into buying something we weren’t comfortable with. We have decided to get a new furnace and they were able to schedule the measurements and options appointment same day. As with our water heater which was installed a few months ago they are able to complete the work so quickly!

We love Whipple and will stay with their service. We trust that they will take care of our needs and are extremely reliable! Thanks guys!

Blake was very helpful in our electric system review and recommendations for upgrades. He also designed a new outlet scheme to help us with our kitchen work area. Would recommend him highly. And he was very pleasant and responsive to our request, and we would have him again in a heartbeat.

Holt today provided plumbing services with toilet replacement and soft water replacement and other services. He was most helpful and did great work. He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We would use him again.

Brett was very helpful identifying my needs and additional support that I was not aware of. Was not over pushing additional products but made me aware of programs. Definitely look forward to seeing how our first project goes.

Brett came to complete the project we reviewed the prior week. He did an excellent job. Even with additional obstacles faced he provided me with viable options and still finished the project. Very professional and is very knowledgeable.

I hired Whipple to repair my broken furnace and Austin was sent to me as the technician to fix the problem. Austin was very professional and courteous. He demonstrated that he had ample knowledge to take care of a major issue with a 12 year old furnace and rather than purchase a new furnace he was able to make my furnace work like new for a fraction of the price. I appreciated the service from the office staff who sets up the appointments and never felt pressured or that I was given a pushy sales pitch, just clear cut options to make decisions on. I will not only use there services in the future but recommend them as well.

Stewart Davenport was our electrician. Him and his apprentice were very professional, they were not pushy at all but made sure our home was safe with a baby on the way. We did have the bad news of hearing our electrical panel was recalled and a fire hazard. He did a great job on explaining the news and explaining why it should be fixed. They did a phenomenal job with not only the work they did but also the customer service that went along with it.

What an outstanding company! We are thrilled with our new furnace and A/C!!! Tony & Travis went above and beyond for us. Incredibly respectful and thoughtful. I could tell right away they knew exactly what they were doing and had been in the profession for a long time. They were in and out within the exact time Travis gave me and everything has been working perfectly! Going to refer everyone I know to Whipple for their service needs. Quick, efficient and reliable service!

Tim from the Whipple Team did a great job fixing several gas leeks around our furnace and water heater. He was professional and provided great recommendations. We were quickly able to decide on the work that needed to be done and he completed it the same day. We would highly recommend Tim and the Whipple Team.

Five star service. Honest up front pricing. Eduardo Mendez was our tech and was phenomenal. Professional, very knowledgeable and kept us informed of what he was doing. Friendly and professional. Will be sure to ask for him next time I need service.

I got my AC tune up from them. James and Juan were super fast, friendly and professional! Later my house was having some water pressure issues with my plumbing and Jason came right away. He fixed everything and even worked on my shower. I like how fast and efficient they are. I have an unvaccinated infant and I have bad asthma. I provided face masks and everyone was super nice and willing to mask to keep us safe while they worked on my house. I plan to get more work done so I'll definitely be looking into contacting them again soon!

Our experience with Stewart and Blake was great. They worked quickly and efficiently, completing my small electrical job at a fair price. They were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

DJ and his work ethic is fantastic! My wife and I returned late from a vacation to find our hot water heater was leaking. DJ, while working another job, showed up and provided a great quote. The following day a major snowstorm prevented him from arriving earlier in the day. He ended up working late into the evening and removed and installed a new tankless water heater. He is extremely professional and dedicated to his craft. Thank you DJ.

Kaleb got our furnace running again. He was very quick and thorough and did great work. He explained our options and was awesome to work with.

Max was awesome. He was thorough and checked all of our plumbing. He explained some potential issues and recommended solutions. He was very patient and answered all of my questions.

Christopher did a very thorough inspection and did a great job of pointing out issues and explaining them in a way we could understand. He also showed us our options and clearly explained what each one involved. It was great to work with him.

The workmen arrived on time. They were very courteous. The work that needed to be done was thoroughly explained to me and got my approval. The work was done within a couple of hours.

Electric:
Thank you so much for the excellent work and service. Kacey did an awesome job and he made sure to get things to my liking and troubleshoot a few of my requests to get things just right. I’m so excited to have new outlets and switches, a new breaker and outdoor panels to keep my home running smooth and am really looking forward to enjoying my electric fireplace. I am happy for the . I would definitely recommend him to a friend. For his great work!

HVAC:
Izaak was so helpful to coordinate services for ann HVAC specialist to come out to address a gas leak. He fixed the drain pipe on my water heater while he was here and helped me call the gas company.

Eric did an awesome job tuning up my old wall furnace and fixed a couple of gas leaks. He was knowledgeable and professional and recommended an air purifier in context of our poor Utah air quality.

Branden did a great job installing my air purifier, fixing a vent system problem, and explained how to keep my new system functioning including supplying me with a few replacement filters. I’m looking forward to the vent cleaning and breathing fresh air- I can already tell the difference after a few hours and look forward to breathing better!

Jonathan Sullivan was my my plumber and besides a great bedside manner because he is really easy to talk to about what he was going to accomplish today to make my water system safer. He was thorough and great and did this PRV repair and identifying another problem to repair in such a short time and I appreciate him!
And again I appreciate Whipple, they are, ARE the leader in this Utah area!

Daniel Wilson was the best! He was friendly and professional. He was also very knowledgeable on any aspect of questions I asked pertaining to the job itself. He was very helpful in explaining further care in the future for maintaining my new appliance! Honestly by far the best experience I have had with any company's employee working in my home! Thanks Daniel!

Austin and Zach were not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, making the entire process a pleasure. Their work was of the highest quality, and they efficiently solved the puzzle of installing a Tesla charger in our older home. We wouldn't hesitate to choose them for another project in a heartbeat. A heartfelt thanks for their hard work and friendly demeanor!

Jake S. was amazing - he explained everything he did for my furnace / HVAC service, gave me 6-month urgent options, answered ALL of my questions regarding my dishwasher, air purification, faucet replacement and was so professional and great. I'm so glad we went with the Best! (I got photos of our dog and cat "helping!")

Excellent service -Blake was available to come help us figure out our issues when the electrical went out in a few rooms. He explained everything clearly, gave us a couple of options, was respectful of property and cleaned up behind himself. He even joked around with us as we apologized for our mess- we were in the middle of a project when we lost power. So grateful for Blake and Whipple!! We highly recommend and will be using if needed in future.
