Super fun place to visit! So many cool Stores and things to do. It was a little quiet. Not a lot of people. There is fountains and a cute little candy store. There is hotels and the Planetarium along with some restaurants and the Dave & Busters arcade with s restaurant in it! Overall my family loved it!

We enjoyed taking our 6-year old grandson to the Clark Planetarium. Kept us all interested in everything they offered. Educational experience that teaches astronomy and related sciences. No entry fee to enter the Clark Planetarium either!

It's a great place to take ur family or urself or a friend if you like to shop or just hang out and walk around or sit and relax. I like to hang out by the creek its real relaxing. I love the energy the atmosphere the people it's a great place. Its great for takeing some family photos or selfi or scenery.
The bathrooms are nice and clean no problems getting wheelchairs through or too there. If u need a place to just sit for a moment they offer a sitting room seperate from the restrooms, also if you have a frind that needs to wait there is a sitting area for them as well. They have a nice glass bridge located on the second floor up located over by forever 21 it makes it nice if you want to cross over and do more shopping or walking its convienat rather than traffic or trax safe for the children. And of course elevators or escolators or stairs to get back and fourth to the top or bottom floors. Security officers on hand helps makeing it safe. Trax makes it real conveniently and easy to get around or they offer under ground parking.

Super fun place for kids basically any age. Went on a Sunday and it was pretty slow there so that was good since my daughter is only 2. She went to every station they had and was loving it. They have a little house with a kitchen and all the appliances, a farm with a life sized horse in a stable and then a mini market with registers to check out. Super cute! My daughter had a blast. Will definitely be back.

We went to the Children's museum. A few of the outside exhibits were closed. There were so many fun exhibits for the kids to explore. I would buy a pass if I lived closer

Our daughtern’law was a vendor at The Gateway Market, super cute and fun! Very hot tho, but they splash pad was going so it cooled it a little. We grabbed a few sodas at Rocket Fizz, best candy store! I love The Gateway Mall!

I have only been to the gateway a handful of times, but everytime I have been it's been an awesome experience. Yeah you're gonna have your homeless around the area that is a city feel gonna leave politics out of that. You are also gonna have some loud drunks from time to time that's what you get with amateur drinkers, I remember my first beer too. All in all a great place to host events. Great stores and entertainment around. Keep the flow of social interaction get off your phones and go mingle in society.

It's a beautiful space, very sad to see how empty it was. All of the major retailers have pulled out. A few mom and pop type stores remain, as well as a few good food options but overall it's kind of a graveyard. Very sad. Very beautiful.

The gateway is the place to go in downtown SLC if you are into art or dining. It's the art district, when asked to describe it. Throughout the year there are many events that bring life to the already wonderfully decorated area.

Very honored to be asked to do a mural for the Urban Arts festival recently. Fun environment and great set up of booths and stores. Love the water feature.

I haven't been here in years, and all i can say is the way they remodeled and painted the place is outstanding. The atmosphere is lively and is even better at night. There was even car shows. I wasn't able to visit most of the shops, but either way, it was great to venture back into the gateway born anew.

Such a fun and interactive space for children. The space is stroller friendly. There are a few exhibits you may not be able to fit in if it's busy but you can park your stroller most anywhere off to the sides of the exhibits. I loved that these exhibits have varying age ranges and capabilities. There are spaces for any age, though I'd say most of the exhibits on the main floor are geared toward children 3 and up.
Upstairs has a lot of neat spaces for older children and I love how career and process oriented the exhibits are to help the children envision types of work and tools used in them. The work of children is play and it's so fun to see them translate that play into future work. There are so many great improvements being made to their spaces and I love the vision that the CEO and staff have for future projects. The space is very art and STEAM oriented, which is such a great place for learning, as well as helping your child work on motor skills and developmental progression. I love the care that is put into these exhibits and the broad audiences that are served, with care for neurodivergent children and Spanish speaking families as well. I was overall very impressed with the space and the staff and my daughter had an incredible time there.

We were visiting on a Wednesday afternoon. It is a VERY nice landscaped area with lots of seating areas and things to do. It was almost uninhabited, a great place for a walk. Much cleaner than Seattle and Portland. Probably much more crowded on weekends.

Mesmerica 360 was very fantastic.
Only draw back was no accommodations for handicapped people...they shouldn't have to pay extra just to get let in early.
At least more setting in the waiting area or something.
