RC Willey

Our previous living room set purchased from RC Willey was 10 years old and needed to be replaced. So we took advantage of a great sale pricing for the new set. Our favorite longtime sales person, Ralph Davis, found the perfect fit for us.

This is the best store ever. The first time we came in Jason helped us out, we were pretty set on our choice of couch but when we went home to remeasure and it wouldn’t fit. Jason messaged us some other options. We decided to try Ashley furniture since we only went to RC Willy. Immediately left because Jason set our expectations high. Went back to RC Willy but Jason wasn’t working. He asked his coworker Stephen to help us out. Stephen was equally great were amazing helping me pick out my couch. Both Stephen and Jason were very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. So excited for our couch!!!!

My purchase was not in-store. I picked a couch with a matching ottoman on-line then called the store. They connected me with a very nice salesman and my purchase was delivered 2 days later. I requested free curbside delivery.
The driver put my items as close to the door as possible. I was very appreciative. Thank you.

I recently purchased an electric stove at RC Willey. The staff there are so conscientious and service oriented and they gave me generously of their time as I chose what I wanted. When it was delivered I didn’t have the right outlet for it, so they willingly returned it to the store to wait until I could get an electrician out to make the changes, and then they re-delivered it. I’m very impressed with RC Willey and their customer service. I will definitely choose them again for future purchases.

We knew what dishwasher that we wanted, but Ken Parrish, our sales associate, showed us the different models and helped us pick the exact one that we liked! He was so helpful! We had a great experience and our dishwasher was delivered a few days later. Everything went smoothly and perfectly!!

The store was huge- two stories! We could have easily spent hours in our own.
The woman we worked with heard what we were looking for, adjusted the direction based of feedback we gave from each couch we sat on and moved quickly!
If it was a slow process, we may have lost steam- great experience and found the perfect couch!

Just had my new Frigidaire electric range delivered! Thank you Daniel and Owen. They were right on time, they had kept me informed on delivery time. They were very friendly and professional. They had placed moving blankets all around and even along my door frame so as not to damage my door or my new stove. They knew just how to maneuver the stove right into place , so quiet I didn’t even know it was in place. They added my electric cord and made sure my stove was all set up. They hauled away my old stove which I was so thankful for! Awesome job guys! Thank you!

First time buying a mattress, after having a baby a bigger bed is needed. this was the first place I went to and it was a done deal, the discounts caught my eye online! Once I walked in we were greeted by Dave and he helped with showing different varieties of beds and even finding one similar to one I liked but was easier on the pockets! He also had so much patience with us which is always appreciated!

My husband and I came here looking for a new couch. We had gone to three different furniture stores and nothing was what we wanted. Patty Davidson at RC Willy was simply amazing. She wasn’t over bearing at all and she helped us find the perfect couch based on what we told her we wanted. Patty was very sweet and funny as well. Thank you so much for the great customer service Patty.

Great salesman, love the texts with delivery time updates, my washer and dryer arrived and the old ones taken away, the delivery guys hooked up the new ones. I had to have someone come back to reverse the dryer door which was easily scheduled through salesman and verified again by text. I would recommend RC Willey to friends and family

Only negative was that the fee for delivery was advertised differently then what I was charged for at checkout and I couldn't get it to fix. So i was overcharged a bit.

An amazing shopping experience. A sales associate immediately asked if he could help. He showed us lots of options for love seats. We found one we liked. Went home. Measured. Called to confirm sale and couch was delivered two days later on schedule. A great shopping experience

Easiest furniture shopping. I knew the model number of the microwave we wanted. Salesman ordered in under 2 minutes. Unit was delivered right on time and in perfect condition. I can't imagine how the whole process could have been improved. I highly recommend RC Willey and I'll be shopping there again.

We bought an extra large capacity washing machine. We brought 2 young grandchildren with us. The sales people were all very helpful. We arranged to pick up the machine at the warehouse immediately after purchase. It was everything we asked for. It went so quickly the kids didn't even get bored. A great movie was qued up on a nearby television. Great experience. Especially after trying at home depot with no luck.

My first time in an RC Willey. The store was so huge that when I first walked in, I wondered how I’d ever find what we were looking for. There were employees standing there to help us when we walked in, so he took us right back to where we needed to be. He was very knowledgeable on the rocker recliners and we had one picked out quickly. I love my new chair and we’ll definitely be back for future furniture needs whenever we are in Utah.

You can always expect to be greeted by a smiling face. There is comfort in knowing I will be directed to a salesman who will answer all my questions. On this particular visit I was helped by my friend Allan Thomas. He should be running the country. The man is an efficient genius. Thanks, Allan, love you!!!

Our sales associate Chuck was very knowledgeable and helpful during our dishwasher purchasing process! He wasn’t too pushy on the fancier options either which is always a plus when shopping for expensive things. This was our first RC Willey shopping experience and we feel like it went perfectly. Can’t wait to get more goodies for our home from here!

Called in to make sure that they had a certain TV in stock and I was easily able to reserve it and received a $200 discount. It was waiting for me in will call and was easy to pay for and pickup. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my purchasing experience.

Salesmen Scott and Keith @ the RC Willey store off of 300 W and 21st S were both terrific. They were so helpful. Two days after my purchases I had my twin size adjustible platform and mattress delivered and installed. A really nice experience. Thank you!
