Our server, Hayat, made our dining experience truly exceptional! She exuded politeness and sweetness, providing prompt service from the moment we were seated. The dishes she recommended were all delicious, and we loved her smile and service. The children thoroughly enjoyed the meal, especially the fantastic rice and garlic naan. she was also very nice to the kids. It's definitely worth the detour! we loved this nice place!

Server #4 (Jessica) was very pleasant and helpful. It was our first time here and all of her recommendations were amazing. If I’m ever back in town I’ll be coming back.

The food, atmosphere, and service were amazing. I was super surprised at how many allergy friendly items there were on the menu. If you are vegan or vegetarian or have food sensitivities, this is a great restaurant. Even their Naan is made with chick peas so it is gluten free. The food was delicious at an affordable price. Our waitress Hyatt was very helpful.

This place is absolutely delicious. Fantastic meal, great service, and a friendly staff.

We ordered the Lamb Saag and Chicken Mekhani (Butter Chicken), along with an order of Garlic Naan.

The Lamb Saag was very good. My wife orders Saag everywhere we go, and she said this was one of the best she has had.

The Butter Chicken was amazing. So much flavor, super creamy, perfect amount of spice.

My one and only complaint would be that the garlic naan was extremely mediocre. Too thin, lacking in flavor, and didn’t have a very good chew that you would expect from fresh naan. It tasted more like it had been left out for a few hours.

All in all, this place rules. I’d absolutely come back again.

Delicious food, super fast service. We were worried we wouldn’t get a table quickly due to how busy it was but we were sat within 15 minutes, and immediately were greeted. The service was incredibly fast, the staff was so kind and helpful, food was AMAZING. Hayat was especially helpful and we loved her!!!

So far, this is the best authentic Indian food I have ever tried. Every time I go to an Indian food restaurant, I always try their mango lassi, and if it has that, it is a little bit sour, and the mango taste is really home-made, as kefir tends to be sour when it is home-made. Well, in this place, mango lassi is delicious. Their food is really good, and I need to come back to try other dishes that looked good as they were being served at other tables. The staff are so friendly and kind, as Seyed was our waitress and recommended us other dishes for our next visit.

Hayat was our server and she was amazing! Very polite and sweet and very quick! We were seated right away, and scanned the QR code for the menu. Lots of options and variety, vegetarian options were available as well. I got the butter chicken and husband got the chicken tikka masala. Mine was mild and tasted incredible and he got the medium spice but said it was pretty hot but liked it. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend!

Jessica was a great waitress. Stopped through SLC and looked up must eat places and this place came up. Definitely lives up to its reviews and the service was incredible. Fast as well considering how busy it was when I went. Would definitely come back and definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area!

Came here while on a trip visiting SLc. Amazing food, best Indian food I’ve had (and I’ve eaten a lot of indian food around the country!). So fresh and authentic. This is a must-eat restaurant. Incredibly quick service, it was like magic. The staff was so kind and helpful. Hayat was an amazing host for our table, her service was A+. She made us feel so at home.

Hayat was an amazing waitress and made our experience here so enjoyable! Very fast and kind service. The naan, raita, mango lassi, and the new Mumbai Chicken Masala were very delicious. I'd recommend their kulfi for dessert as well!

The staff is very polite and respectful.
Food taste is like Punjabi Dhaba style. It's different as compared to other Indian restaurants.

We had just left Color Me Mine next door and the smells coming from here smelled so good we had to stop and eat. We’re glad we did because the food and service were both incredible, Hayat took great care of us. Great vegan selection as well. We will be back!!

Family friend casual place with warm inviting interior, reliably good food and today very attentive service that was helpful dining with a toddler. We have had mixed service experiences here occasionally having to look high and low for someone to take the check. Today our server was Hayat. She was great this time. Last time we felt ghosted a couple times. The place does get/stay busy. I will say they push google reviews pretty hard and say they get bonuses based on reviews. It is what it is 🤷‍♂

I have eaten at many Indian restaurants and when I lived in the UK I thought that I would never find Indian food as good as I had there. But Mumbai house is hands down the most amazing Indian food I have ever had. Every single dish I had was immaculate and seasoned to perfection. Not to mention our server #8 was incredible!

I would recommend this to anyone that lives in Utah or is visiting. Or anyone that just wants to fly to the best Indian food in America.

We ordered the following:

Paneer tikka masala
2 orders of butter chicken
1 order of chicken vindaloo
1 order of garlic naan
2 orders of butter garlic naan
Tamarind chutney

And everything was absolutely amazing. Our server was swift and kind, Jessica was wonderful to have. We were only passing through and saw the great reviews and decided to try it. It's definitely worth the detour!

Always the best food, atmosphere and service! I’ve been coming here since they first opened many years ago when they were on Foothill Drive and then when they moved into the former steakhouse location below Foothill and it has stayed consistent from the beginning. I will always say YES when people suggest it for dinner and dream of their dishes when I’m out of town.
Tonight we enjoyed some of our favorites, lamb vindaloo, Saag Paneer and Chicken tikka masala, all were made to perfection and the service we received from Hayat our sever was top notch!
