Cynthia in the order pickup department is phenomenal. I accidentally drove to the wrong location and she called me to check in and help me get to the correct place. She was so kind and warm when she delivered my groceries and I was so thankful for her kindness in such an embarrassing mix up! She is a true gem!

Ordering pickup is always straightforward with the app. I'm never waiting more than 4-5 minutes, the staff are friendly & polite, and make sure I have what I ordered and even go over any substitutes with me. It's always a pleasure taking my business to Smith's!

I been smith store membership since 2017 as customer, they really good with customers but they don't respect employees works there. Most people work there years and years are very rude and disrect to others is not only this store is just in general smith store

Nicholas from Produce is amazing! I bought 2 bushels of Chile that also needed to be roasted. He took such great care to ensure that he was roasting them at the correct heat, which is so important. He was patient and friendly and deserved a raise in my opinion! Great customer service is not as easy to come by as it used to be…mostly because if customers in my opinion, so his excellent level of service is even more appreciated.

Ah, Smith's. When I don't feel like surviving Walmart. So much easier to navigate. And no unnecessary, disgruntled greeter there to attempt to make me feel welcome. Cause I don't.

The staff and management are so friendly and helpful! I love the Smith's on 4065 Redwood Rd. I have been to other Smith's and it's just not the same. The store is clean and always busy. There produce is fresh and the displays always look nice. Great grocery store.

Both their mailer and digital coupons are really good on saving money. Fresh bakery and produce. Their deli salads are always fresh.

It's a great place to shop the people there do need some help with staffing. I understand staffing is tough for every business now especially since covid. That being said they still manage to run the business and operations incredibly smooth and they have a very dedicated team you wouldn't even know they had a lot of employee needs if it wasn't for the help wanted signs. Management is really nice the store is well kept and all employees I manage to speak with are almost always ready to assist with anything your looking for even if it's not their specific department. They're very knowledgeable and very nice to their shoppers

Got what I wanted. Watch out for what you take from the Tostitos/ Fritos display. The $2.29 for 4 bags only applies to Cheetos and Tostitos . NOT to Frirtos corn chips. They are $5.29 a bag.! I returned 3out of the 4 bags I paid for.

The manager helped me with a problem today. He is always there.

This smith's always has everything i need when i go. The staff is super friendly as well! Also very helpful when need be. I appreciate the fresh fruit and vegetables and the meat as well. I only shop at Smith's and Harmon's for my meat and smiths is my go to because it has great prices usually!

I've been using this locations pharmacy for years. The pharmacists and techs are extremely helpful and are there to help with any concerns or issues I have had.
the store itself used to be better. They took out a lot of items like makeup and stationary products which is a huge bummer. they don't offer a big selection but the employees and location has kept me coming back.

I just wish my popsicles that I purchased did not have some broken ones in the 9 pack. It's nothing to do with Smith's it's the manufacturer. But their popsicles are good and the Strawberry, Mango & Banana flavored ones are the best. Thank you for the great customer service.

Great produce, bakery, and pharmacy. A big variety of items to choose from. Get the Rewards card (free) to receive the discount prices. Rewards card also gives discount fuel prices, read about it in the Smith's app where you can also add your rewards card and download digital coupons for bigger savings. Fast, friendly staff and checkout. Handicap parking & entry. Hours are from 6 a.m to 11:00 p.m. daily.

Just a big thank you to Jason the store manager and Eddie the front end manager for the amazing time walking through your store with Granger High students. Thank you for all the information about each department and showing what a day would look like working there. And for the Yummy lunch provided to us. The students were definitely spoiled. This was a great group of people! Thank you again!

Small town feel: this is my Smiths and I am lucky. I enjoy all the staff there. They are such an awesome team. They are also so encouraging and praise their customers needlessly. Once I forgot to pay for my cat food. I returned to pay for it and was praised by ALL. I was praised for no reason other than being so blessed for this to be my home location.
