Smith's has a wide variety and great deals with low cost. I like the new coolers, keeps things much fresher. Love the last chance clearance area as well

I always enjoy shopping at this Smith's, clean and usually find what I want. Store employees are always helpful and friendly.

Man what a treat. On a wim thought I would go to smiths for lunch. I know they have the deli section that I don't go to very often. Stopped by and found them doing a special on 5 wings and 2 sides with a dinner roll for only $5. What a steal. It was delicious. They didn't have forks or hit sauce packets which was a bummer but the spoon I got worked and I bought some new hot sauce so I have another option at home now. Only $7.63 total with tax. Very pleased I chose to go there. The man helping was awesome also, but I didn't get his name 😬

I’ve used this smiths for primary shopping for about 2.5 years now, and generally they are great and have everything I need. I like the pickup options they provide, except for the fact that they often end up giving me produce that is not good with the pickup. They always are quick to resolve these issues when they do arise though, so I’ve been overall satisfied with my experience here.

Camille at the bakery, did a wonderful job on a quick cake for my soon to be daughter-in-law! I will have my son shop there all the time because of her! We appreciate the job that she did on her birthday cake. You need people like this all the time at your grocery store. Thanks so much from the lombard’s in Iowa.

I love this store, I don’t recommend to buy sushi here is nusty,the rice is not cooked properly, my husband got sick from the stomach because the rice was hard,it wasn’t cooked.I don’t know why they are selling sushi if they don’t know how to do it.

I am very impressed with Angel, she works in the deli, she was polite and very helpful. I don't always go to the delies because customer service is always questionable at this Smith's, but after doing business with Angel I'm inspired to continue my deli shopping through her. Love this Smiths! Me and my mom have been coming here for over 25 years. And for all those years we've met and have gotten to know so many great people. Shout out to Drake and Domino, 2 checkers we both love! Great bakery, produce and the baked chicken at the deli? Oh yeah, get you some of that. Just wish they'd make more of it! The pharmacy has been with my mom for so long and they treat her great.

I had the coupons for the best customer coupons that items were for free, that I have purchased in the past. I didn't have a cent to my name that's why I was getting the free items and didn't realize I had to pay $0.19 in tax. I mean I have not a Cent at all to my name and the cashier said to me 'people leave pennies all the time and I'm sure I can get it by the time my shift is over"

The customer service here is top notch. I bought some balloons that popped when they got to my car, and they were replaced with some free cookies thrown in for my childrens' birthday party. I've had several visits since moving into the neighborhood, and I've not had one bad experience interacting with the friendly staff. There is a little construction going on, so the selection can be a little tricky, but it's standard compared to other Smith's around the Salt Lake Valley.

I've been going to the Smiths for over 26 years. I like most of the people that work there however there is a huge turn over in management. And it's not the people who work beneath the management, but the managers aren't trained correctly so they don't know what to order so a lot of times they'll be out of things. However the reason I give them 5 stars is because the people who work in each department and stay always help me out no matter what. DJ in the bakery is amazing, Fernando in the meat department is always helping me and very sweet. I can't remember the kid's name who works in the dairy but if they're out of something he will go in the back and make sure they have it for me. The reason I continue to go is only because of the employees that have been there forever and remember my face and are nice enough to say hello.

It's my local store so I'm biased, but they have a nice assortment and everything that I usually need. Not the fanciest of grocery stores, but good for getting in and out. Always short lines, a lot of self checkout too. Now they just need to get contactless payment going again and it would be perfect.

My family wanted to help the community by purchasing Thanksgiving dinner for a few families. We had already delivered groceries for two families and then Monday morning we had a request to help two more. I called Smiths and spoke with the manager Brandi. She offered to give us two turkeys to help us with the cost. Each family had around 8 members so we were in need of large turkeys.
Thank you Brandi for the sweet gesture when so many families are needing help.
