I recently shopped with here for a uniform skirt my daughter had outgrown. I am so impressed with their customer service. I emailed them a question I had about my order, and they called me the next day! Their prices, products and service are amazing! I’ll be buying all my kids’ school uniforms from them now. 10/10

It was great to go to a store that protects and respects people that Are NOT wearing a mask with the assumption you have a reason instead of making you feel less than for not wearing a mask. I wish all the other stores would treat their customers like this.

When I needed to have another size from the back the employees were great and quickly got what I needed. I have gone to this store to get my children's school for the last 6 years and have always been satisfied with the service we have gotten.

This is my first year needing to buy school uniforms for my child! It was exciting but honestly I felt very lost. It didn’t take to long before an employee asked if I needed anything and took care of me. I was able to get what I needed, in the size that I needed and the cost was much better than I had expected. Anything that wasn’t in I was able to order and they came in very quickly. The uniform selection is unmatched. I’m also glad I can feel like a free American walking into this store rather than having to be rudely confronted by an employee starring and demanding I put a mask on or go back outside.

I'm so happy there are still good businesses out there! They value their employees and customers by allowing face shields to be worn. I have such a hard time understanding people when they wear masks.. this is so much better than an employee having to pull their mask down to help me.

I love shopping at Family Stores! Their paint sale is the best around, and if you need school uniforms, this place can't be beat!! They have a very big selection of this and that! It's a fun place to shop, I love their sales and clearance! (That's cuz I love to save $$ every chance I get😉) definitely recommend!!

I would always have to buy my son school pants, probably every 1 or 2 months because they would always rip on the knee, until a friend recommended me to this store. I'm so happy his uniforms lasted the entire school year! I'll definitely keep buying his uniforms from here. It's great quality for a great price!

It is always interesting to go to the true value store. I saw a while new store today. I've never gone in the south side. But I spent some money and got a pile of fun things. The employees are always nice and seem to be family. But I've never seen that young of kids that worked that hard. Most would wondering around staring at the ceiling or playing with something in the store. Hats off to them!

Takes me back in time! This store has decent prices and a variety of items. The thing I appreciate is the customer service. They've just got a nice crew. Like the boy next door kind if purity from way back when. Extremely helpful & welcoming.

Absolutely love how this store has handled CoVid. With all of the negative reviews regarding masks, which is sincerely u fortunate, I am grateful to business like this who have honored what the CDC, and OSHaw have been saying for years. They respect HIPPA, their staff was friendly, store was clean and I couldn’t ask for a better example during a time when so many people are craving those to stand up for people rights. I will be shopping here and telling all those who appreciate this approach, to shop here as well!!!

Amazing store friendly staff and so grateful they are giving their shoppers the ability to choose what is best for them when it comes to the mask mandate. No one should be forced to do anything! Grateful for small business owners sticking up for all of us!

Excellent store, Excellent customer service! Has signs posted encouraging masks following the COVID guidelines, has also done a great job following HIPAA and not making those who can’t wear masks (due to health concerns) uncomfortable because they’re not able to wear a mask. If I could rate 10/5 I would.

I love that there is a store in the SL area that we can come to without being forced to wear a mask in order to get what we need! We have health issues that prevent us from being able to wear masks without putting our health in jeopardy. Clean store, great service, thank you!

I have always had a great experience here. Even when asked to leave my purse up front. Its easily understandable with how much stores lose in merchandise every year due to shoplifting. So pay no attention to the people who cry about being asked to leave a bag upfront.
