So yesterday I was working up in Salt Lake City. I had my doctor call in my prescription to this Redwood road Walgreens locathen. I'm not used to having to provide my insurance information for I usually get it Build closer to where I Live. Long story short. There's a Really pretty young Hispanic woman That I believe when above and beyond for me help me resolve the issue with my insurance and I am super impressed.

thank you Walgreens for always being well organized and labeled. came in from out of town and I was able to get in and out without any delay.

Photo Lab was Amazing and so helpful- Landon and Turner at front end cashier and photo booth went above and beyond to help me. I am not good with technology and I needed to get some photos printed and they were patient and kind in helping me transfer and create order. The photos were great!- That night I left and had a small mishap on the medium I was using to create the photo transfer craft/gift I was doing for sons soccer teammates moving back New Zealand. I needed to reprint a few the next day and I went in after the photo lab was technically closed. My guests were leaving on a plane that next morning at 6:30am - I explained the craft mishap and I just needed to reprint a few photos to fix the gift I made. They eagerly, friendly, and quite professionally said they were happy to help! - They rebooted the machine back on for me to help me print what I needed and I was able to fix the gift in time. It was just them helping in that way although that was Awesome for sure! It’s the fact they were friendly, kind and treated me like my issue mattered to them. Service with a smile is rare these days with so many people being disgruntled- Landon and Turner were great!!! High 5 stars to them Thank You!!

Wonderful staff. This is the place to go. Despite what other customers say in regards to service, knowledge and wait times I disagree. I've been to quite a few pharmacy's over the years all over the valley and this one is hands down great.

Pharmacists and Techs are kind, patient and knowledgeable.

I recommend them anytime. Just be aware of the busy times as this is a normal thing across the board with any pharmacy. Especially going through the drive through and people forget that there are also customers on inside doing same thing and staff does both window and counter.

Always quick to pick up my prescriptions. Clean and organized, a lot of items you can't find anywhere else at good prices. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great customer service by Ryan working the register. It's nice to see there are still good people that have a good sense of humor working retail. You don't get that to often.

Compared to Sugarhouse Walgreen location, this location was friendly and quick in response of getting an answer from a pharmacist. The call took 2 minutes vs. 15min (Sugarhouse) with no answer. If you have a quick question, call this location. Highly recommend this location over Sugarhouse location. Good customer service!

I run in here often. They are really helpful in locating what I'm after, happy to use the coupons, and friendly. Sometimes I buy a lot of what is on clearance for charities. The managers are extremely helpful.

They were out of what I needed. I wish I took her name down but she gladly called 5 stores till she got the one up in Big Cottonwood who had what I needed. Even though this just happened I've been coming here for almost 20yrs.

Good products and good service. The employees actually put forth efforts to have a conversation with you.
