FRESH a floral shop

As a wedding planner, I need vendors that I can trust. In San Francisco I order exclusively from Marina at Fresh Flower and Gift Shop and my brides are thrilled with her work! We have worked together for many years, and I don't know why I never thought to write a review before now!

She is extremely knowledgeable about what flowers are in season and look the best at the time of my order. She can special order if I request something that's hard to find. She Never disappoints, and her work is lovely.

Conveniently located by City Hall to make your elopement an amazing and well rounded experience! Marina did a phenomenal job on my bouquet! She was very easy to work with via phone/text since I don’t live in SF. I showed her photos for inspiration, told her what colors I wanted, and she ran with it. You won’t regret walking away with flowers from her!

I've been supporting this business for years, mostly with buying dried wreaths. Recently, a colleague was being honored at SF City Hall, and I needed a fresh floral arrangement within an hour. I called in, asked them for something with orchids, and within an hour, it was done. I received so many compliments in the City Hall board chambers. I love this place!

I got my wedding bouquets here since it was super close to City Hall where I got married. They did a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations! I brought in some inspiration photos and told Marina what I was looking for. She asked me what my price range was and made some recommendations based on that. The bouquets were simply beautiful! This place does not disappoint! Thank you Fresh Flower!!!

WOW! My daughter had the most beautiful boquet in the entire SF City Hall & there were a lot of boquets floating around - no others compared!

To start, my daughter & new husband are both in the US Army & he is being sent out of the country very shortly so we had what felt like hours to put a wedding together! So, I contacted the florist very last minute, with very little confidence, after being told I was too late by other shops. I was very pleasantly surprised that there was zero hesitation with being able to take my order and make my daughters last minute wedding day as beautiful as it could be!

The ordering process was made so easy! I texted a couple of pictures of what I had in mind and called with a credit card which ended up being declined because of a hold put on my card by my bank for an unusual spending trend (I pulled my card out more for this wedding than I did all year lol!) and was very very relieved by the extra time taken to let me know there was a problem with my card as well as time taken on the phone with me multiple times to fix the issue. I have had situations where something was just cancelled without notice because of a payment issue - how awful that would have been in this situation! I can't stress my gratitude enough for the amazing customer service especially with such short notice!

Now, the flowers, did I mention how absolutely gorgeous they were!? I sent some example pictures of type of flowers and colors and gave them the free rein to use their discretion and artistic expertise to design a boquet using their own vision & wasn't disappointed at all! The color pallet & flower choices used were so unique and unlike any other boquets I've seen.

The quality & design stood out above all others surrounding us! We picked the boquet up on a Thursday morning & it was out of water, lugged all over SF for hours in terrible weather conditions & left out of water until Sunday evening. I was disappointed that I wasn't going to be able to dry any of them because most were shriveled up to far. They were basically dead by then but, much to my surprise, after trimming the stems Sunday evening and placing in hot water, sugar, a few drops of bleach and lemon juice they look unbelievably fresh again! That speaks for their quality in itself! I can now preserve these gorgeous flowers for my daughter to have forever which means the world to me!

I will never order from any other florist in SF again! THANK YOU FRESH for helping my daughter & new sons day a gorgeous one!

I just wanted to thank Marina for her wonderful work with my bouquet, she totally exceeded my expectations

The arrangements look and smell great. The scent part is often lost with most modern florist products, but not here. They use old fashioned roses that are smaller but pack in a lot for the olfactory senses.

Requested a “congratulatory arrangement,” trusting their judgment based on the lovely website photos. Was blown away by the exquisite design that was delivered! Just a stunning gift with exceptional service.

Amazing shop! I would say these guys bring next level of flowers! Happy to have found it!
