Funerals are tough. But it was an unexpected pleasure to work with Canton Flower Shop on my dad's funeral flowers. If I can give them more than 5 stars I would! The quality of flowers and the workmanship of the arrangements were nothing short of amazing! Really, photos do not do them justice. The casket spray, standing sprays, basket, pillow, wreath, every single one was absolutely breathtaking.

In additional to their amazing work and professionalism, what really sets Canton Flower Shop apart from all of the other florists we visited was their exceptional customer service. Lisa and Ed were very personable, understanding, and communicative. They patiently listened to our specific needs and concerns, provided knowledgeable feedback and recommendations. They were very accomodating when we had to make changes to the banners and hand wrote every single one! Ed personally delivered the arrangements. They both went above and beyond. We were so impressed and happy with how beautiful everything turned out. My mom absolutely loved their work, we know my dad would have loved it too.

Where do I begin?!?!? This is the most accommodating, above and beyond, grateful, customer friendly business I’ve ever dealt with. My wife was out of town for our first year anniversary and we promised, “ not to get each other anything” and might I add, she was at a conference in San Francisco and we live in Kansas City. I found this shop because i only shop local and Ed was my representative at Canton. I told him my price point, what i wanted and when I’d like it delivered. He went above and beyond. Not only did he go above and beyond, i don’t know what I’m going to do next year?!? He set the bar too high. My surprise gift was a hit and I’m forever grateful. If you’re reading this, stop what you’re doing and order flowers for your lover from Ed any Canton Flower Shop!

Lisa prepared a beautiful bouquet for our wedding anniversary (wife loved it!!) at an extremely short notice @ 7am on a weekend. Very warm people running this establishment and definitely deserve the support of the community. Thank you and best wishes!

When we needed it most, Canton Flower Shop lived up to its promise about "punctually deliver an amazing floral arrangement with you in mind." Its expert florist followed through from day 1 when we placed our order remotely from New York City. Their experience, professionalism and excellent services had exceeded our expectation. We are very satisfied and grateful with the floral arrangement and their professional services.

My mother recently passed and I was searching for a florist that would meet my specific needs for a florist who was fluent in English and Chinese. I found Canton Flower Shop after reading their reviews online. I worked with Ed and discussed my needs for over 30 minutes on the phone. He was extremely receptive, listened attentively, and provided useful information regarding traditional Chinese funerals vs. Americanized Chinese funerals. I did not expect this level of service and if I could, I would give him and his wife Lisa more than 5 stars!! They worked with me every step of the way, showed me the beautiful hand-lettered banners ahead of time, guided me through additional content I wanted on the banners, and were PHENOMENOL! I have never had this level of detail, care and attention to ensure that my mother's funeral would be beautiful. I will post again after my mother's service at the end of of the month to let you know how the arrangements turned out. (Judging by a video that Ed and Lisa sent me, and photos I saw on their website, I was quite pleased!)

We ordered flowers from Canton Flower Shop few days ago for yesterday's funeral event. My sister talked to Lisa back and forth for about 3 hours. She told me that Lisa was so patient and they do business the old style - "honest". Even though there were so confusion to start with, we were very appreciated with her patience and time she spent on us. We only purchase for under $200. The flowers arrived in good time. The arrangements are so beautiful that just out of our surprise. We are really happy to recommend this one to someone who has a need of the flower service. 👍

Ed from Canton Flower Shop was very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. The celebration arrangement we ordered was beautifully done with gorgeous and fresh flowers and thoughtful details. It was delivered to the receiver with care and Ed even took the time to explain how to care for the flowers so they would last longer. You can tell that they put a lot of care and passion into what they do. Glad to have found this gem of a family-run flower shop in SF.

The floral arrangements for my mother were beautiful! The roses were large, the arrangement of different flowers was well placed, and the banners, well lettered. Ed and Lisa had listened well during the planning stages and delivered breathtaking standing sprays and casket cover that my mom would have loved and appreciated. All of my siblings and family members thank you❤❤

Such personable service! I wanted something fresh, cheerful, and long-lasting for my cousin who lost her father. The arrangement was gorgeous, exotic, extravagant, huge, with lilies that will bloom for weeks to come, and birds-of-paradise that remind her of living in Hawaii. Ed from the flower shop coordinated the delivery for perfect timing, and he texted me a photo after delivery. I can see my cousin beaming with joy! I am so grateful. I definitely picked the right flower shop.

The customer service from Canton Flower Shop was above and beyond my expectations. They were not only able to create a beautiful arrangement for my Wife and Mother In Law but they also delivered them to there hotel room and took video and photos of the reaction.

I was gifted a beautiful arrangement of roses and peonies from Canton Flower Shop last week. The flowers are still perky and fresh, and look like they’ll last for some time. The person that ordered the flowers is from out of town and I understand ordering was fairly simple for them.

I can’t say how what a hidden gem Canton Flower Shop is! They have fresh beautiful flowers and can make beautiful arrangements with your budget. I highly recommend them. Their service is very personable and very professional.

This place was fantastic and told me that since I'm not from the city, my order was in good hands. The next day, flowers were delivered. Everything was taken care of. The flowers were fresh and exquisite when we got them. A highly recommended spot!

Always use them for flowers to Tin How Temple across the street. Been doing so for over 10 years. Family business. Excellent choice of flowers, good quality lasting and accepts debit transactions instead of Chinatown's all cash policy.
