I couldn’t be any happier with this experience. I live out of state and needed flowers delivered within SF. The ordering process was easy, delivery was smooth, and the arrangement is gorgeous. The recipient loved them & said they were some of the most beautiful flowers she's ever seen. Will definitely order again in the future.

The flowers were so pretty and they were delivered promptly, with less than a day's notice. I appreciated that they send you an email with a photo of how your flowers turned out. Really friendly and would definitely order from them again!

I had a great experience ordering a same day delivery from FF. They were able to give me a time range for the delivery when I called and sent a photo of the arrangement before delivering. The arrangement was delivered just a few hours after ordering and was large, beautifully arranged, and fresh. The pricing for the flowers felt very fair, and $15 for same day hand delivery was a bargain.

Beautiful bouquet delivered just as ordered. My daughter loved the bright colour combination. Easy to order from Australia to SF and excellent communication on delivery. Very happy.

It’s always a challenge ordering flowers for someone who doesn’t live near me. I worry they won’t be as represented on the website, or that they will arrive wilted. These flowers were for my very dear friend’s birthday and they were just beautiful!!! Will definitely use again!

This was the first time that I used Fillmore florist, which came highly recommended. After my experience, I can see why. They were efficient and expeditious, and even sent me a picture of the actual arrangement as it was being prepared for delivery. They kept me apprised of the delivery situation, and I really appreciated that aspect of their service. I would definitely use them again for all my floral needs in the city.

When I came in the door this afternoon, I couldn’t Adam and Eve it! There was a bouquet of Red Roses! What gorgeous April Showers! And from me old china. Wonderful, beautiful.. you shouldn’t have. The florist went above and beyond with the wedding floral arrangements. Each centerpiece and bouquet was a masterpiece, capturing the theme perfectly. The freshness of the flowers lasted throughout the entire event. Despite the intricate designs and premium quality, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable, making the wedding even more memorable. Highly recommended for any bridal needs.

I have not seen the flowers personally but I know the recipient was delighted and the flowers look beautiful in photos. The delivery happened exactly as requested and it was a nice bonus to receive a photo of the bouquet when it was prepared as well as notice it had been delivered. I also appreciated that there was no surprise extra $35 “service fee” when it was totaled up as I have encountered in other online flower ordering experiences. Overall, a perfect job. Thank you.

Very pleased with the customer service and quality of the flower arrangement. The florist was very responsive to my needs as I changed the delivery date several times. They made sure to call in advance since this person was traveling to and from the hospital. They made sure they had a specific time that someone was home. I appreciate the care they took in providing great customer service.

These are the nicest delivery flowers I have ever received! I will definitely call them for any flower deliveries I want to send in the future. My whole family was so impressed with the quality of the flowers and the kindness of the delivery person.

Ordered online and loved the selection of custom arrangements to choose from. They are all lovely. Needed a sympathy arrangement and I don’t live in SF so hoped it would be acceptable. I was so pleased to receive a BloomSnap of the arrangement as well as a notification upon delivery. The recipient was so impressed he called to thank me for sending such a lovely arrangement. Wow!
